Government Structure of Goncar (as of January 2019)

The nation of Goncar is made up of several sub-nations with their own administrative leaders within them that are appointed by and answer back to the sitting Executive Director of Goncar. The sub-nations of Goncar are Central goncar, Falling skies, Crisisies, Crisisian airspace, Addrian, Gwrrrrr, Copyright activists, and Farisian. Each sub-nation has their own administrative leader known as a governor. For instance, Central goncar's and Falling skies governors are Deputy Directors, which fall third in line when it comes to command. Crisisies and Crisisian airspace are both governed by the Exective Director himself. Notable other government officials are governors in the other four. Every 6 months, elections are held.
Much like the US government, it has three branches, however the legislative branch is not bicameral. Instead, only the Senate exists with 300 members and Assistant Executive Director overseeing and acting as a tiebreaker should there need to be one.
The Executive branch concerns the Directors (Executive, Assistant Exe., and anywhere from 3-7 Deputies spending on the preference on heads), the Ministers and their Deputies/Secretaries.
Lastly, the judicial branch has only 5 members. Three active, sitting justices including the Chief Justice and two alternate justices should they be required. A case is heard by all three sitting justices, assuming it reaches Supreme Court, at which the decision and sentence (if applicable) is to be the most fair. Justices are elected every five years on a rotating cycle with one being replaced or reelected each year. There are no term limits.
