Emperial Bullying and Suicide Prevention Law

As of February 26, 2416, the Franconia Empire has made bullying an Emperial Offense.

Just two days ago, a preteen committed suicide because he was being bullied. The truth of the fact is that it endangers the mental health of our young.

This law is for our children, to protect our children.

Our school districts will teach kids about diversity. This will be enforced so people will have a better understanding of sexuality, race, and species. The districts will have a biweekly assembly for all residents living in that district. All districts will report any bully activity. If bully activity is not reported in your district, and you have witnessed it, your district will be fined Ü700,000.

All bullies are given a two strikes system. The first one is a fine of Ü3,000 and the second strike is a trial, leading up to jail time.

For the safety of our children, we write this law into action as of next day it was written (February 25, 2416). This law is processing to get amended into the Franconia Emperial Constitution.
