Foxtopians are guaranteed freedom of speech, this includes but is not limited to; sharing ideas, expressing disapproval towards role-play decisions, disagreement with government decisions, and voicing concerns regarding the political state of the region and our diplomatic affiliations with external entities. Everyone has the right to voice their opinions here.

Freedom of speech does not protect any statements intending to inflict division, harm, and discord and such acts will be handled accordingly by government discretion, see Article IIa for more information regarding this.

All citizens are equal before the law of the land and they share the same rights, opportunities, and duties; there shall be no discrimination upon them on the ground of gender, origin, religion, sexual orientation, color, or social status.

All citizens reserve the right to run for a position of the Council of Ministers as long as they display humility, respect, and a willingness to grow.

All citizens reserve the right to select candidates for Ministership in a democratically elected process.

Collaboration, respect, and compassion are the cornerstones of our united skulk; the reinforcement of this regional unity is a duty that everyone, including the Prime Foxarch, must uphold.

1. All Foxtopians are to treat each other with basic respect and dignity; members that aim to undermine or harm the wellbeing of other Foxtopians are liable to face justice at the discretion of the Council of Minsters or The Prime Foxarch.

2. All members are to treat non-hostile foreign citizens and dignitaries with respect; remember, it is everyone's responsibility to ensure and maintain a safe and friendly environment for all.

Foxtopia's government is a constitutional monarchy established upon ideals of individuality, justice, and equality. The Prime Foxarch holds supreme power capable of undertaking the duties of Ministers however The Prime Foxarch sees fit. Albeit, prior to exercising power, The Prime Foxarch must take the following oath:

"I swear my loyalty to the foxes I rule over and that I will safeguard their best interests and maintain the territorial and social integrity of Foxtopia."

Rule with love and never with fear; The Prime Foxarch shall always respect their subjects and never assert their authority in a way that imposes terror and fear, especially to ensure compliance, a true king serves his country, never the other way around. All citizens of Foxtopia are also expected to respect the Prime Foxarch when addressing them.

Ministers may maintain their positions for an indefinite amount of time, but can be replaced by democratic election should they choose to step down. The same holds true for the Prime Foxarch and a carefully vetted heir.
