Ground Vehicles

Nomenclature
Like that of the navy, the Republic Army uses a “Type” naming scheme that applies to all of its ground vehicles, this system is divided into three parts. The first number will denote its classification, the second number will denote its armor category, and then finally, the third number will denote its role. So for example, type 110 would indicate a light armored car that is made to be a multirole

History
Like many vehicles within the Republic military, the Leopard has its humble origins right after the 17 Years War and during the massive rearmament program that the Republic undertook after learning several bloody lessons from the war. During the War it was discovered that the Republic’s older light tactical vehicle was too light, often getting stuck in the muddy ground, or was easily taken out by anti-armor units. The older vehicle also suffered from several mechanical problems when deployed on long scouting missions and when bogged down in mud or snow. Not to mention the older vehicle suffered from being undergunned, and could not effectively engage enemy forces. Then there was the economic aspect, the older light tactical vehicle was costly to manufacture and often needed complex materials in its construction. However, despite its downsides the older light tactical vehicle proved to be fast and quite agile, meaning it could quickly evade enemy forces and it had a powerful but complex spotting network allowing it to be quite the effective spotter vehicle.

Design and testing on a newer armored car would start right after the 17 Years War and would develop into the Type 010-P, this version was a larger and heavily armored version of the current Type 110, this version proved to be a well protected and powerful light tactical vehicle that was able to cross muddy or deep snow environments. This prototype sported a dual 37mm turret that could be remotely controlled from within the cabin. But it proved to be too heavy and slow, often becoming more of a target for anti-tank crews and mines. Which became a major concern with the Sror Counter-Insurgency Campaign leading to heavy casualties among armored car crews. With the end of the Counter-Insurgency campaign, the designers went back to the board. As they began looking at both the older style of light tactical vehicle and the newer prototype, cherry-picking ideas from each of the two. The first decided to reduce the overall size of the armored car and lighten the armor thickness, after that, they upgraded the engine of the vehicle to a V10 turbo fenvarium fuel engine. After that they took off one of the 37mm cannons and got rid of the remote control turret, instead opting for a manned one. This newer version of the prototype version was dubbed the Type 110-P and would soon get its battle scars.

However, it was not until the Border Crisis that the Type 110-P would finally be moved out of the prototype stage. During the Crisis, the Type 110-P would earn a fearsome reputation as an effective combat support vehicle, able to quickly navigate urban zones and cross rough terrain with ease. But it also provided fearsome firepower thanks to this quick-moving turret and rapid-fire 37mm cannon. In addition to this, it carried several troopers that could be used to secure perimeters and clear nearby buildings. After the Crisis, it was determined that the vehicle needed slightly heavier armor, shielding, and further variants before it was to enter combat service. This was an easy fix and not a year later in 2331, the modern Type 110 was placed into mass production.

Design
The Ocelot or LTV (Light Tactical Vehicle) serves as the Republic’s light tactical vehicle. It serves a wide range of roles, ranging from reconnaissance to utility applications. However, for the most part, it is applied as a reconnaissance/anti-personnel role; as it is mostly escorting armor columns, providing light fire support, and providing highly mobile recon. It has been described as “A little nimble bugger that crosses the most treacherous terrains and is quite reliable. It won’t protect you from tanks and other tank killers, but it sure as hell protects you from small arms fire.”

History
A newer vehicle within Republic service, the Type 320 Armored Personnel Carrier can trace its roots up to and after the Sror Counter-Insurgency Campaign. As with the Panther IFV, it too had a large part of its development before the 17 Years War, however, the project was shelved due to the war and the eventual hyper-focus on the Panther IFV platform. During the Sror Counter-Insurgency Campaign, the Panther IFV proved to be an effective and deadly vehicle in urban warfare but it was often too heavy and excessive for every trooper formation to have at its disposal when transporting soldiers. Thus it was decided to revive the pre 17 Years War armored personnel carrier program and expand on the said platform to accommodate the modern standards.

During the updated design phases, most of the vehicle was upgraded to account for the lessons of the 17 Years war and the Counter-Insurgency Campaign, which ranged from the gun and engine. The vehicle received heavier armor, bumping it up from a light armored vehicle to a medium armored vehicle. The first batch of the APCs would be delivered to the Republic Army three years before the Border Crisis and would eventually see combat within the conflict, often being deployed with Panther IFV support. Troopers reported that the Leopard APC provided ample protection from most small arms, rocket-propelled grenades, and landmines. However, with most vehicles in modern Republic service, the vehicle was eventually upgraded with more armor and a wider array of weapons before being placed fully into Republic service.

Design
The design of the Type 320 Leopard APC is rather simple, with the engine in the front of the IFV and the fighting compartment near the front of the vehicle with the cargo compartment in the rear of the vehicle. As for its engine, Type 320 uses a V14 tri-turbo fenvarium fuel engine, allowing the vehicle to reach high speeds and have a wide operation range. The engine is housed in an armored cage that allows it to be protected from small arms fire and some anti-material rifles. On the front and back of the vehicle, there are winches, allowing the vehicle to pull other vehicles if they have broken down or have become stuck. It also features a trailer hitch, letting the vehicle pull around a trailer. The underside of the vehicle has a V shape hull, allowing it to deflect mine blasts. The front viewports and door viewports have cerami-metal bullet-proof flaps that can be folded down to protect the driver and side passenger from incoming shots. Near the back of the vehicle is the cargo compartment which can hold around 9 soldiers in full combat gear, this cargo compartment is also fully covered and has been sealed against NBCR. It also features a single heavy door that the troopers used to get in and out of the vehicle.

History
Unlike most of the vehicles on this list, the Panther has its origins before the 17 Years War, as the Republic wanted to update its infantry fighting vehicle fleet before the next major war with the Dracoians. However, the project never got past the prototype phase when the 17 Years War broke out, and thus was placed on hold until the end of the war. Casualties and combat reports from the 17 Years War were more than convincing that the Republic needed to massively overhaul its mechanized infantry transports. As the Republic at the time had three different armored transport vehicles, a lightly armored transport that was to carry infantry but had light weapons, an infantry fighting vehicle, and finally a very heavy infantry fighting vehicle. All three types were of different designs and manufacturing, making parts and manufacturing quite complex. Thus it was decided that one type of IFV chassis would be developed to fulfill all three roles to some extent.

There was little change from the pre 17 Years War prototype and the post 17 Years War prototype, except for slightly heavier armor, boosting the vehicle from around 32 tons to 35 tons, and an improved gun, going from 30mm rail assisted autocannon to a 40mm autocannon. This newer prototype would be placed through significant testing and would see action in the Sror Counter-Insurgency Campaign where results showed that this newer IFV was more than sufficient when dealing with urban warfare and other rough terrains. The 40mm autocannon would prove to be also quite effective, and thus the Republic started to phase out the older APCs and IFVs for this newer one which would be designated the Type 331 Panther IFV. The first batch of Type 331 was produced and shipped to the Republic Army two years before the outbreak of the Border Crisis, where they would receive their first marks of combat.

The vehicle proved to be highly effective and deadly against Draocian infantry and light armor, however, the 30mm cannon had problems penetrating Dracoian light tanks and heavy infantry. Thus, after the Border Crisis, the Type 331 was retrofitted to have a 45mm autocannon for dealing with enemy heavy infantry and up to light tanks. Which has proven itself as a terrifying weapon system against infantry and vehicles in the yearly border skirmishes that the Republic and Dracoians engage in.

Design
The Panther serves as the primary infantry fighting vehicle platform for the Republic Army. It serves a wide array of roles ranging from armored scouting to armored infantry transport, however, the main role is infantry support and transport. The Panther is a vital part of the Army’s doctrine of highly aggressive and highly mobile warfare, as the Panther allows for the deployment of a squad of troopers with armor support and heavy firepower. Due to the robust nature, ease of maintenance, and likeability of troopers.

The design of the Type 331 Panther tank is rather simple, with the engine in the front of the IFV and the fighting compartment in the front of the vehicle with the cargo compartment in the rear of the vehicle. As for its engine, the Type 331 uses a V14 tri-turbo fenvarium fuel engine, allowing the vehicle to reach high speeds and have a wide operation range. The vehicle features a sloped front to increase the chances of deflection and increasing its survivability. Near the back of the vehicle is the cargo compartment which can hold around 9 soldiers in full combat gear.

The hull of the IFV features several different adaptations as well. These variants also include things like armored personnel carriers, self-propelled guns, self-propelled anti-air guns, tank destroyers, armored engineering vehicles, and finally armored command/radar vehicles. The main difference between the vehicles being either having a turret or not and the turret shape.

History
The origins of the Type 220 Sabertooth Tank can be traced back to the 17 Years War and the massive armament program that the Republic undertook, during the war the Republic discovered that its armor was too slow and too under-gunned when dealing with Dracoian tanks. With tank crews and mechanized infantry taking some of the heaviest casualties rates in the whole war. The predecessor to the Type 220 Sabertooth tank would be the M93, this tank would see an increase in almost every aspect making it a very formidable tank to face. However, it was not until the Counter Insurgency Campaign that flaws with the original M93 started to show, the tank was simply too large and difficult to maneuver within the confines of urban combat. Also, its large size would make it difficult to engage low targets at close range and made it a perfect target for anti-tank crews. However, it did live up to its impressive firepower, easily demolishing any fortification and tank that it came across.

With the end of the Counter Insurgency Campaign, the Republic once more went to the drawing board to design another tank, this time focusing on reducing its size and increasing its mobility. This would take several years of development and testing, with the yearly border skirmishes being used as live testing grounds for the different designs of the new tank. It wasn't until 2308 that the final version of the new Sabertooth tank was finally revealed and live-fire testing finally began. This new tank was classified as the Type 220, as it was a massive improvement upon the older M93. It featured a lower profile and a higher speed than the M93 tank, while the gun was a lower caliber than the M93 it had a higher rate of fire and higher velocity. Finally, the tank featured increased armor and protection, it also included a better engine meaning that it could take more hits and was exceptionally fast when compared to the M93. This tank would earn its first kill at the close of the year, striking and disabling a Dracoian light tank at around 900 meters away.

In the following years, reports from the testing crews revealed that it was an exceptional tank and overall positive experience. The tank was easy to drive, repair, and maintained, not to mention provided tank crews with exceptional protection. Finally, in the year 2316, the Type 220 Sabertooth MBT was placed into mass production and made the official tank of the Fenvaria Republic. It proved to be a deadly tank during the Border Skirmishes thanks to its powerful but light gun and it's easy handling. Its lower profile also proved to be deadly as well, making it harder for Commonwealth tanks to spot and hit it. Since its inception, the take has seen several upgrades to its armor, engine, tracks, gun, and optics.

Design
The design of the Type 220 Sabertooth tank is rather simple, with the engine in the back of the tank and the fighting compartment in the front of the vehicle. As for its engine, the Type 220 uses a V14 tri-turbo fenvarium fuel engine, allowing the tank to reach high speeds and have a wide operation range. The tank is largely made with cerami-metal allowing for construction to be simple and speedy. It also has wide treads allowing it to cross trenches, mud, snow, and other unfavorable conditions. The tank features a sloped armor front and armored sides that cover the tracks. On these armor sides, there are mud slots that help get rid of the built-up mud or snow on the tracks.

The tank is armed with a single M66 105mm anti-air cannon that has been adapted for turret use which serves as its primary weapon. Most of the time, the tank is loaded with High Explosive, Armor Piercing High Explosive, Armor Piercing Composite Rigid, and Armor Piercing Fragmentation shells. However, these shells can be swapped out for specialized shells depending on the mission. But it is also armed with a coaxial 14.7mm heavy machine gun and two pintle-mounted 14.7mm heavy machine guns, which are located on the commander’s cupola and the gunner’s hatch. In addition to its machine gun complement, it is also armed with two eight-shot grenade launchers which can be used to fire lethal or smoke munitions.

Name: Type 423 "Bobcat" Self Propelled Anti Air Gun

Active Defenses: Two smoke dischargers, Electro-optical Active protection (Active Infrared Jammers, Laser Warning System), Electromagnetic countermeasures
Technology: NCBR protection, Computer Assisted Aiming, FLIR/NV, AI assist
Powerplant: Fenvarium fuel engine

One of the numerous variants on the Panther IFV chassis, the ‘Bobcat’ (SPAAG) serves as the Republic’s mobile anti air artillery piece. These vehicles are known to come with trailers attached to the back end of the vehicle, this trailer is usually filled with more ammunition. The Bobcat has also garnered the nickname of “Flyswatter” and “Tungsten Curtain” due to the amount of flak that the vehicle can put into the air, almost denying the skies at times. These vehicles have also garnered the rather unfortunate nickname of “Ammo Muncher” as the rapid firing guns are known to just crew through internal ammunition stores and eventually the ammo stories in the trailer. Aside from its anti aircraft use, the vehicle is also superb in an anti personnel role, due to its rather rapidly firing cannons. The downside is that this vehicle is more expensive, larger, and more crew intensive when compared to the lighter and smaller towed light anti-aircraft guns that the republic has in service. Being built on the Panther IFV hull, the SPAAG is very well armored for its classification and rather mobile.

As for the crew, there are a total of five individuals: commander, gunner, loader, and radar officer. The vehicle comes in at 8 meters in length, 3.5 meters in width and 3.7 meters in height. Specific to the vehicle, it also has dozens of different sensors to detect enemy aircraft or flying objects. These sensors range from basic radar and lidar to more complex multi spectrum viewing units. It also has stabilizers to help with the recoil of the gun and maintain a high degree of accuracy, these stabilizers can fold up and be stored away for easy transportation. The SPAAG also does use kinetic shielding, however this is only intended to stop shrapnel and some small arms fire. Finally, it does feature an onboard AI suite to help the crew with targeting.

Name: Type 425 "Jaguar" Self Propelled Artillery Gun
Type: Self Propelled Gun
Availability: High
Armaments
-Main variant: 1x 210mm rail assisted artillery cannon, 1x M70 HMG.
Armor: Medium cerami-metal with alternating layers of shock and absorbing gel, caged armor around it and light kinetic shield generator
Active Defenses: Two smoke dischargers, Electro-optical Active protection (Active Infrared Jammers, Laser Warning System), Electromagnetic countermeasures
Technology: NCBR protection, Computer Assisted Aiming, FLIR/NV, AI assist
Powerplant: Fenvarium fuel engine

The Jaguar is a step up from the M175 Towed Artillery gun, boasting better mobility and a heavier gun. Due to this it is better suited for providing mobile fire support to advancing elements and armor units. The downside is that the M75 is often more expensive, complex, and has a larger crew when compared to the M175 Towed Artillery gun. Being built on the IFV hull, the M75 has some pretty heavy hull protection for a tank of this classification, however, this does not mean it is to be used as a front line tank. While it might have better protection than one would think, it is still rather thin when compared to the Sabertooth or Ocelot tanks. Crew wise, the Jaguar has a crew of four, commander, driver, gunner, loader. The vehicle comes in at 8 meters in length, 3.5 meters in width and 3 meters in height.

However; for its main cannon, the Jaguar uses a 210mm, high velocity, assisted artillery cannon. As well as a pintle mounted M70 PHMG. As for the main gun, it mostly fires High Explosive Cluster Munitions (HECM). But, it also can fire a huge range of different munitions like: traditional HE (High Explosive), HEBP (High Explosive Ballistic Capped), HEI (High Explosive Incendiary), HENT (High Explosive Nano-Thermite), HEHVS (High Explosive Hyper Velocity Shrapnel), and finally HEPC (High Explosive Plasma Capped).

Being able to fire different shells, also uses guided munitions and long range munitions such as the LRGM-HE (Long Range Guided Munitions- High Explosive), LRGM-HEHVS (Long Range Guided Munitions-High Explosive Hyper Velocity Shrapnel), LRGM-HECM (Long Range Guided Munitions- High Explosive Cluster Munitions).

The Tiger is the universal 6x6 truck of the Republic army. It fulfills a number of rear line activities, anything from moving cargo to moving a large number of troops from one point to another. Keeping in line with the Republic’s liking for modularity, the Tiger features a modular bed that can vary depending on the mission. So it can be either a motorized troop carrier, cargo hauler, wrecker, dump truck, gun truck and so on. The Tiger serves as the physical and spiritual successor to the M19 Halftrack, being better in almost all categories than the aging half-track. It is faster, more agile, cheaper to produce, easier to fix, easier to maintain, easier to drive and has a larger cargo capacity than the older M19. However, it lacks the armor protection that the M19 has, however, this is to be expected since it is a rear line vehicle.

When it comes down to crew, the Tiger only needs a driver to operate it. However, it can hold twenty-two troopers in the flatbed with enough room for other supplies, like food, ammunition, water and so on. The Tiger comes in at 7.1 meters long, 2.9 meters wide, and 2.9 meters tall. However, there are variants that allow it to be shorter or longer. Allowing it to go from a 6x6 to a 4x4 truck. The vehicle is armored to resist small weapons fire, with the heaviest armor being placed around the cabin of the truck. As for armaments, it comes with a wide array of mountings for different types of weapons, as mentioned before, it was designed to be a universal truck. So it can fit a number of different roles, like AA fire, convoy security, mortar fire, and so on.

Powerplant: Fenvarium fuel engine
Atmosphere-Void capability: Yes

The Eagle is a twin-engine, VTOL, Void/Surface, medium-lift, tactical dropship that is used extensively by the Republic Army. It serves as a troop transport quite well as it can transport two to three squads of troopers with an armored car. The armored car is placed behind the troop bay in a special compartment that is used to hold them, then when the dropship is coming in for a landing, the armored car is dropped right out of the bottom through a retractable floor. There is a heavier version of the D-50 called the D-50 (H) which is used to transport the heavier armor of the republic to the battlefield, this could be things like IFVs, tanks, and so on. The Eagle can also be used as an amphibious landing vehicle, this is done by having the ship land on the water, sink a bit, and then using its powerful engines to propel itself through the water. Often, the side doors are open and have the side gunners harass the shore emplacements. The reason why the fens might use this is when invading shore locations with heavy anti-aircraft defenses.

Crew wise the Eagle only requires a crew of four, a pilot, a co-pilot, and two crew chiefs/gunners. The Eagle is 17.3 meters long, 7 meters wide, and 2.9 meters tall (With turret, 3.54 meters tall). Side doors are usually closed when the Eagle is leaving a spaceship, the side doors will open up when it has reached the atmosphere of the planet.

History
Unlike many of the warships, guns, and other equipment of the Republic the VA/GA-140 Condor has its start in the civilian world, rather as civilian as one can get within the Republic. A patrol officer within the Home Guard was tired of engaging in high-speed pursuits that often left dozens of officers or bystanders injured with thousands in property damage. Thus his idea was to make a gunship This was not a new idea within the department as the Home Guard had been using modified D-50 Eagles for this task. But, his idea was to make a gunship that would have the mobility of a fighter but the firepower of a tank. The Eagles within Home Guard service were a bit difficult to handle and lacked the firepower to do so. So, the officer went to work creating concepts of the vehicle. Which mostly took the form of drawings on his police notepad and some metal scale models.

Over the next few weeks, the officers' superiors stumbled across these designs and keen on replacing their gunship fleet sent the plans off to a local aerodynamics designer. With help from the designer, the officer managed to produce a working prototype. It wasn't until months after this that the Ground Army caught onto this and began helping with the designs as well. With the Army’s support, test flights could begin. During the flights, the vehicle proved to be quite nimble at maneuvering through the city landscape but also quite speedy at catching fleeing vehicles. It was decided that further development should proceed. However, the primary design was handed over to the Army as its armament was deemed ‘excessive for Home Guard use’. While a Home Guard variant was designed to be lighter but functioned very much the same.

The first combat operations would be recorded during the Border Crisis, where it proved to be a devastating weapon in the urban landscape of Republic cities. As its heavy payload of missiles, cannons, bombs, and other weapons devastated buildings and enemy armor that was moving through the cities. However, it proved to be an even more victorious fighter in open fields, where its payload could just demolish entire columns of enemy armor. Impressed by its results, the Army High Command quickly placed this craft into mass production and decommissioned every other ground-attack fighter in its inventory, replacing it with the Condor which has been designated as a close air support vehicle or CASV for short.

Design
The Condor is a single occupant, twin-engine, all-weather, void, and atmospheric capable, VOTL close air support craft. Coming in at 17 meters long, 6.1 meters tall, and a wingspan of 19.04 meters That features a formidable weapon package of eight 37mm autocannons and eight combat hardpoints that allow it to hold missiles, bombs, rocket pods, railguns, automatic rocket launchers, and so on. On top of that, it features heavier than usual armor and shielding, allowing it to survive ground fire anti-aircraft weapons. The craft features a heavily reinforced framed cockpit. An ejection seat has been reclined about 30 degrees to reduce the impact of G forces on the pilot.

However, it does lack a major life support system, instead, pilots wear a flight suit that is to keep them alive and protected from the coldness of space. But, it does feature an emergency life support system that can keep pilots alive for a few hours if they wish to take their masks off. In addition to the life support system, the fighter does feature a survival kit that is split into two parts. The first part is the M9A2 Subgun, which will serve as another defensive tool alongside the pilot’s standard-issue pistol. The second part is made up of a week’s worth of rations and water, alongside a survival guide, a water filtration unit, and an extra air recycling unit.

The fighter has two fenvarium fuel VTOL starfighter engines which allow the craft to hover in the air. This is accomplished by the rotating nozzles at the back end of the craft, allowing it to descend, ascend, or to stay in place. These nozzles can also be used to help quickly change the direction of the craft, meaning it has the possibility of making pinpoint turns.

Also, the unit uses an onboard Aerial Combat Analysis and Targeting (ACAT) AI unit, to help assist the pilot in combat. The ACAT unit allows the pilot to identify incoming missiles and track friendly or hostile units within its range, but it also handles all cyber warfare operations. It can be hypothetically used to block incoming and outgoing signals from enemy starfighters. Alongside this, the ACAT system has been vastly upgraded to deal with ground targets, featuring better identifying, acquisition, and increased accuracy against these threats.

History
The origins of the Red Hawk begin with the end of the 17 Years War and with the massive rearmament program that the Republic undertook. The fighter wings of the Republic had suffered incredibly high casualty rates from light armor and armaments. But also, there were two major design types of fighters: one for atmospheric use but also one for space fighting, which needlessly caused complex supply lines and production lines. It was decided that this needed to be eliminated in favor of a dual-purpose fighter that could provide support to ground forces but also can operate in void operations. This also cut down on hangar space within carriers as carriers did not have to carry one type for ground and another type for space fighting, but it also allowed them to stay at higher orbits when fighter support was needed for ground operations.

Development of the fighter would start shortly after the war but then stop as other fighter designs came in that seemed to be better than the Red Hawk prototype. However, after some time these designs would be too expensive, were deemed too heavy, or focused too much on one theatre of operation. Eventually, the design of the Red Hawk would resurface and proceed, up until the Border Crisis. Where heavier armor was added and would feature a heavier payload. Eventually being placed into service a few years before the Border Crisis

It was during the Border Crisis that this fighter earned its first kill and would become one of the most common and prevalent fighters within the Republic Armed Forces. The Red Hawk has garnered a fearsome reputation as an effective and well-liked fighter. Able to quickly engage in dogfights and deliver enough hurt to out-gun Dracoian fighters. It has earned its reputation through numerous engagements since the end of the Border Crisis, thanks to the nonstop and yearly border skirmishes between the Republic and Commonwealth. Pilot’s have commented that the fighter is quite well armed and armored, but exceptionally maneuverable despite its large size. To this day it serves as a basis for the other fighters that are commonly used in the Republic.

Design
Overall, the Red Hawk is designed to be a single-seat, single-engine, single tail, inverted gull wing, multirole, and trans atmo/void fighter. As it was designed to be used by both the Army and the Navy, cutting down on logistical issues and parts. Coming in at 17 meters long, 6.1 meters tall, and a wingspan of 20.3 meters. But, thanks to its gull-style wings they can be folded upward making the unit quite compact for storage in hangars or ships. The cockpit of the fighter is a framed canopy that slides forward. Inside, the ejection seat has been reclined about 30 degrees to reduce the impact of G forces on the pilot.

The fighter has one fenvarium fuel, starfighter engine which is assisted by several smaller maneuvering thrusters that allow it to make tight turns or make hair point adjustments.

VA/S-192 “Fire Fox”
Armaments: 12x 37mm autocannons and 10 combat hardpoints that can be outfitted with rocket pods, anti radiation missiles, and air to air missiles, 2 hardpoints for external fuel tanks.
Armor: Medium aircraft grade cerami-metal with alternating layers of shock and absorbing gel, and light kinetic shield generator
Active Defenses: Flares and other countermeasures, Electro-optical Active protection (Active Infrared Jammers, Laser Warning System), Electromagnetic countermeasures
Technology: Computer Targeting unit, GPS, other Advanced Avionics, ACAT AI.
Powerplant: Dual Fenvarium fuel engine
Atmosphere-Void capability: Yes

Built off the basis of the Red Hawk platform, the Fire Fox supremacy fighter has several different design choices that make it stand out from its sister plane. But, the most distinguishing piece of the craft is its role within the Republic military. Instead of being a multirole fighter, the Fire Fox has been designed to be a supremacy fighter. Focused on neutralizing enemy fighters and anti-aircraft positions, therefore, it features an extra seat, increased speed, and maneuverability. However, it also features a heavier payload than the Red Hawk which is largely made up of anti-fighter missiles, anti-radiation missiles, and rocket pods.

Like that of the Red Hawk, the Fire Fox is designed to be a single tail, inverted gull wing, multirole, and trans atmo/void fighter. But, it was modified to be a dual engine and dual seat fighter, with the second seat being used to house a ball turret. As it was designed to be used by both the Army and the Navy, cutting down on logistical issues and parts. Coming in at 17 meters long, 6.1 meters tall, and a wingspan of 20.3 meters. But, thanks to its inverted gull style wings they can be folded upward making the unit quite compact for storage in hangars or ships. The ACAT unit allows the pilot to identify incoming missiles and track friendly or hostile units within its range, but it also handles all cyber warfare operations. It can be hypothetically used to block incoming and outgoing signals from enemy starfighters. The ACAT system within the Fire Fox has been upgraded to assist in dog fights and countering enemy starfighters. Allowing pilots to ruthlessly engage fighters at a high pace and intense dogfights. It also allows for the gunner to track and efficiently lock onto enemy starfighters that are trailing the superiority fighter.

Serving as the Republic’s main line bomber, the Inferno Fox bomber is a two-pilot, quad engine, mono tail, variable swept wing, all-weather, supersonic bomber. Unlike the other aircraft in this section this bomber does not feature a bubble canopy instead the two pilots will sit right next to each other with the controls in front of them. The bomber offers the same ACAT system helping with offensive and defensive maneuvers, however, like the gunship it has been modified to help with its specialized purpose. In this case, the ACAT system has been modified to help with bombing runs. Much larger than the previous aircraft, comes in at 40 meters long and 37 meters wide, 10 meters tall. As for its frame, it is made up of several layers of alternating graphene sheets and gel layers, as well as combat shielding to help with survival. Not to mention the bomb bay is also sealed and individual munitions can be ejected in order to protect the crew in the event of faulty/damaged ordnance. The bomb bay is also modular, allowing crews to swap for more or fewer bombs. The bay can also be swapped out for missile racks and even the chance to allow drop pods to be stored in the bomb bay, however only two can be stored on the Inferno Fox. It can also mount extra fuel tanks for extended missions.
