The Spanish Confedration's Land Army.

Overview
The "Ejército de Tierra de la Confederación" makes up 34% of the entire Armed Forces (which have about 2% of the total population right now, as a result of conscription).

It's also the first branch of the Armed Forces to be called into the frontlines, and, as a result, a common saying within the Confedration is: "If Spain dies again, blame it on the Moles." (A mole being a Spanish Confed Land Soldier).

Due to this, it's also the branch that receives the most attention out of them.

Equipment

The Land Army uses the following equipment:

CETME Modelo C

Also known as "El Chopo", it's an old, but still considered reliable battle rifle introduced in the mid-1960s. It's still favoured by a lot of the Army for its reliability and raw firepower.

It fires a magazine of 20 7.62 FSS rounds, fires at 750 rounds per minute, and has a range of 500 m.

(For more information, check out this page, as it is a translated user's manual of this CETME itself:http://www.drzero.org/cetme/pdf/cetmec_ver2.0.pdf)

Leopardo 2E

The Confederation's main battle tank. It weighs 62.5 tons, has 135 mm of composite armor alongside ERA, fires 120 mm shells, has 2 AP3's (AP= "Ametralladora Pesada", literally "Heavy Machine Gun") and has a maximum speed of 70 KMH.

SA-90 (Sistema de Artillería para los 1990s)
The Confederation's main self-propelled gun. It weighs 45 tons, has 17 mm of steel, fires 155 mm shells (maximum load being 48), has a single MG3, and has a maximum speed of 53 KMH.
