The compassionate, democratic, devout population of 7.638 billion Heroic Warriors are free to do what they want with their own bodies, and vote for whomever they like in elections; if they go into business, however, they are regulated to within an inch of their lives.

The medium-sized government juggles the competing demands of Administration, Education, and Defense. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Eternos. The average income tax rate is 29.7%, but much higher for the wealthy.

The strong Eternian economy, worth 438 trillion Orko gems a year, is fairly diversified and led by the Uranium Mining industry, with significant contributions from Automobile Manufacturing, Furniture Restoration, and Book Publishing. State-owned companies are common. Average income is 57,467 Orko gems, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Graffiti graces every city's streets, many are questioning King Randor wearing an Eckie-Ecola baseball cap during a keynote speech, orphans would rather live their life of luxury than be adopted by prospective parents, and students are known to arrive at school in their pyjamas. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown. Eternia Octovia's national animal is the Zoar falcon, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to toxic air pollution.
