The Holy Numenorean Kingdom of Elros is a colossal, environmentally stunning nation, ruled by Tar-Minyatur with an iron fist, and notable for its avowedly heterosexual populace, ban on automobiles, and stringent health and safety legislation. The hard-nosed, cynical, humorless, devout population of 6.813 billion Elrosians are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings."

The enormous, corrupt, moralistic, socially-minded, well-organized government juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Defense, and Administration. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Armenelos. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 72.3%.

The Elrosian economy, worth 505 trillion silmarils a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. However, for those in the know, there is a large, well-organized, highly specialized black market in Arms Manufacturing, Information Technology, Uranium Mining, and Furniture Restoration. The private sector mostly consists of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, but the government is looking at stamping this out. Average income is 74,142 silmarils, with the richest citizens earning 9.4 times as much as the poorest.

Blasphemers and government critics often die in very unusual and unlikely accidents, the day of rest is much more restful, fat-shaming is now public policy, and Maxtopian villagers starve by the time Elrosian officials even file the appropriate paperwork needed to help them. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Elros's national animal is the Irish grey dove, which soars majestically through the nation's famously clear skies, and its national religion is Oneness of the ONE.

Elros is ranked 208,198th in the world and 4th in Ithilien for Largest Agricultural Sector, scoring -8.92 on the Mu-Bah-Daggs Productivity Index.
