The Royal Imperial Advisory Council of Dominant Oppressors

The Royal Imperial Advisory Council is a group of people who serve as the official advisors to the currently reigning Dominant Oppressorian Monarch. Most members are selected due to their position or rank, however the Holy Emperor / Holy Empress has the authority to alter any members of the council, dismiss the council entirely, follow the advice of one advisor, ignore the advice of one advisor, follow the advice of all the advisors, ignore the advice of all the advisors, etc. The council is purely advisory and the Monarch holds all the power. Councillor serve for life unless removed by the Monarch.

Traditional Members:

-The Holy Emperor / Holy Empress of Dominant Oppressors (Head of the Council. Only mandatory position. Council's sole purpose is to advise this person, the ruler of our glorious nation.)
-The Empress / Emperor of Dominant Oppressors (The spouse of the reigning Monarchy. Historical involvement in the R.I.A.C. has proven to be dependent on how much the Monarch cared for and respected their spouse or if they wanted them involved in affairs of state.)
-Holy Prince / Holy Princess of Dominant Oppressors (The Heir to the Empire. Almost always involved after growing up past early childhood.)
-Princes / Princesses of Dominant Oppressors (The other Children of the Reigning Monarchy, often included but not always.)
-Head of House Sion (The Head of one of the most important Dominant Oppressorian Noble Houses.)
-Head of House Tyranus (The Head of one of the most important Dominant Oppressorian Noble Houses.)
-Head of House Nihilus (The Head of one of the most important Dominant Oppressorian Noble Houses.)
-Head of House Revan (The Head of one of the most important Dominant Oppressorian Noble Houses.)
-Head of House Ren (The Head of one of the most important Dominant Oppressorian Noble Houses.)
-Heads of the Minor Noble Houses (The Heads of the Dominant Oppressorian Noble Houses outside of the Five main Noble Houses and the Royal Imperial House. More involved earlier on in our History but rarely included in modern iterations of the Council.)
-Grand General of the Dominant Oppressorian Royal Imperial Army (One of the highest ranking officers of the Dominant Oppressorian Army.)
-Grand Admiral of the Dominant Oppressorian Royal Imperial Navy (One of the highest ranking officers of the Dominant Oppressorian Navy)
-Grand Marshal of the Dominant Oppressorian Royal Imperial Air-force (One of the highest ranking officers of the Dominant Oppressorian Air-force.)
-Other High-Ranking Military Officers (Other high ranking members of the army, navy and air force. Often excluded from non-specialized missions due to lesser clearance than the heads of the different branches.)
-Director of the Dominant Oppressorian Royal Imperial Protection Agency (The Head of the Dominant Oppressorian Secret Police.)
-Chief of the Dominant Oppressorian Police Force (Head of the D.O.P.F.. Rarely included in Advisory Council due to being considered too low-ranking and unimportant.)
-Grand Captain of the Dominant Oppressorian Royal Imperial Guard (The Holy Emperor's / Holy Empress' Chief Bodyguard and head of the Royal Imperial Family's fiercely loyal protectors. A position inherited and held by the same family for many generations by this point.)
-The Grand Inquisitor (The Head of the Dominant Oppressorian Inquisition.)
-The Bishop of Risen Christ City (The Bishop represents the Catholic Church on the Council. Formerly was the Bishop of Vader City but was changed following the Capital move.)
-Other Bishops of Diocese in Dominant Oppressors (Other Bishops serving in the Holy Empire, often a few are selected to serve on the Council.)
-Imperial Councillor of Foreign Affairs (Appointed by the Monarch to represent our Empire's relationships with our allies. Focus on foreign policy. Usually a very well-respected, competent and loyal member of the community.)
-Imperial Councillor of Internal Affairs (Appointed by the Monarch to represent the internal issues of the Empire such as Education. Focus on domestic policy. Usually a very well-respected, competent and loyal member of the community.)
-Imperial Grand Treasurer (Appointed by the Monarch to represent the Dominant Oppressorian Finances and the Crown's Personal Funds. A position inherited and held by the same family for many generations by this point. Occasionally referred to as the 'Imperial Councillor of Finance'.)
-Elected Councillor (The Holy Empire is in no way a democracy, but the Holy Emperor extends the opportunity for the public to pick three of the members of the Council. The Leaders of the three political parties the get the most votes in the elections [which take place every five years and may or may not be rigged by the Emperor] join the council until the next election. There are no term limits.)

-Viceroy of Xukong (A very recently added position with the Holy Emperor's appointment as King of Xukong. He is the Holy Emperor's representative in Xukong, a Native Xukonger and a close ally.)*
