Foreign policy and meetings between dictators

Emigration is impossible, since Bedetopia is located on another planet and all means of space travel are heavily regulated. Immigration, however, is technically possible but in reality it's only forced abductions.

I, Bedebao, will only discuss and share my secrets with my fellow dictators, especially DEAREST LEADER and Lord Knight Oppression.

I also entertain relations with Mister Scoots. Mister Scoots provides me with a lot of nifty gadgets, in exchange for letting him build one of his OMG Corporation towers in Bedetopia, and letting him use my slaves to experiment.

Meetings with other dictators are done in a place that is hidden, because of the annoying GGP, which I am at war with. It is called the Chamber of Evil Potentates.

Thankfully, they are incompetent and get crushed everytime by our unlimited power. Still, it would annoy us if they came at one of our meetings, as the consequences are unfathomable if they dare anger DEAREST LEADER.

What happens in these meetings? We talk about our atrocities, of course! This is also where DEAREST LEADER publicly annihilates the troublemakers that somehow got into our region. Other activities include praising DEAREST LEADER, torturing slaves, and sharing technologies. The meeting room looks like a judge desk combined with some tables.

DEAREST LEADER has an ominous glowing seat made with red leather, Lord Knight Oppression's seat has Spikes of Villainy, and mine is reminescent of a torture chair.
