The Republic of AtlaeXVIV is a massive, cultured nation, ruled by Calvin the I with an iron fist, and renowned for its enslaved workforce, state-planned economy, and frequent executions. The hard-nosed, cynical, humorless, devout population of 3.459 billion AtlaeXVIVians are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings."

The large, corrupt government juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Defense, and Industry. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Badon. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 72.0%.

The frighteningly efficient AtlaeXVIVian economy, worth 359 trillion baht a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. However, for those in the know, there is a large, well-organized, fairly diversified black market in Arms Manufacturing, Information Technology, Uranium Mining, and Automobile Manufacturing. The private sector mostly consists of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, but the government is looking at stamping this out. Average income is an impressive 103,850 baht, with the richest citizens earning 6.9 times as much as the poorest.

Weird or unusual crimes merit cruel and unusual punishments, foreign governments are threatened if they so much as mention the word "election", the "fire department" is often called to remove offensive religious texts, and families are left homeless as entire suburbs are bulldozed on the whim of tribal chiefs. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. AtlaeXVIV's national animal is the porpoise, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to heavy metals seepage into national waterways, and its national religion is Atlaeism.

AtlaeXVIV is ranked 38,381st in the world and 1st in i am making a new region for Most Developed, scoring 70.53 on the Human Development Index.
