Political position: Far-left to left-wing

Pasria Legislature: 75 / 200
Campila Legislature: 27 / 200
City/Rural Councils: 528 / 1534
Metropolitan Assemblies: / 1400

Summary:

The PSF emerged from the Redarm militias that fought in the revolution. The party membership is made up of the soldiers that revolted against the officer corps that aligned themselves with Marxism-Leninism, pushing for a libertarian socialist society. It won the first legislative elections with over 50% of the vote, riding on a wave of revolutionary optimism. They played a large role in the rebuilding of Anurial after the revolution, including setting up the foundations for the system of self-governance as well as the education system and healthcare. They also pushed for the seizure of the economy by the workers from the central planning agency. However, this hasn't been done without blunders, as they also advocated for the sortition system in March, which brought along a lot of inefficiencies in governing.

Syndicalist Union (SU)

Ideology:

  • Syndicalism

  • Labourism

  • Anti-militarism

  • Collectivism

  • Anti-theism

  • Possibilism

Political position: Far-left to left-wing

Leader: Enrique Santiago

Membership: 30,000

International affiliation: Socialist Internationale, International Workers of the World

Calovia Legislature: / 200
Pasria Legislature: / 200

History: The SU was initially known as the AUP, following the teachings of Marxism-Leninism. They came from the officer corps of the Redarm militias and were in coalition in the provisional government with the PSF. After being essentially outdone by the PSF when the PSF supported various popular policy decisions, they left the provisional government and in May were destroyed in the legislative election. Following which, they adopted a syndicalist approach and have allied strongly with the trade unions which the PSF neglected, which focused more on worker self-management through alternative mediums.

History: The PDS established itself as the sensible solution to socialism. They capitalised on PSF's failings, partially stemming from them being from horizontally-organised militias, to pose themselves as a good and middle-of-the-road path to socialism. They still advocate for the return of private property, but only in instances of small business. They had considerable success in May, looking to only improve.

City/Rural Councils: / 1534
Metropolitan Assemblies: / 1400

History: The NLA is made up of mostly liberals who were against the Karsian occupation but didn't want a socialist Anurial. After the May elections, they incorporated the libertarians and some moderate conservatives into the party, creating a united front of right-wingers supporting a liberal cause. They push for the establishment of private property and have seen success from suburban neighbourhoods isolated from cities, as well as some rural areas.

Campila Legislature: / 200
City/Rural Councils: / 1534
Metropolitan Assemblies: / 1400

History: The Civic Union was formed after splitting from the National Liberal Alliance on the 9th of August. It followed a month of severe disagreement between a considerable conservative minority within the NLA and the larger liberal majority of the NLA. They began polling at 5%, knocking the NLA down to only 9% in the polls. The CU then continued to gain in popularity, peaking at about 8% during the height of the anti-theism protests.

Anurial First (AF)

Ideology:

  • Nationalism

  • Centralisation

  • Militarism

  • Economic nationalism

  • Agrarianism

Political position: Far-right

Leader: Santiago Abascal

Membership: 4,000

International Affiliation: Ethnic Self-determination Alliance

Legislative Assembly: 3 / 400
Adartes Legislature: / 200
Calovia Legislature: / 200
Pasria Legislature: / 200
Campila Legislature: / 200
City/Rural Councils: / 1534
Metropolitan Assemblies: / 1400

History: Radical factions of the NCU split from those that went to the NLA and formed a nationalist party. They faced little success in May, but have had a much stronger campaign in rural areas specifically, who tend to be more socially conservative. They want to return to a centrally-planned economy, to militarise against "Enemies of Anurial" as well as impose harsh restrictions on immigration.
