The Disputed Territories of Element115 is a mammoth, cultured nation, ruled by the Grand Inquisitor with an iron fist, and renowned for its rampant corporate plagiarism, keen interest in outer space, and stringent health and safety legislation. The hard-nosed, cynical, humorless population of 9.524 billion Element115ians are kept under strict control by the oppressive government, which measures its success by the nation's GDP and refers to individual citizens as "human resources."

The medium-sized, corrupt government prioritizes Defense, although Law & Order, Industry, and Public Transport are also considered important, while Spirituality receives no funds. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of El Teniente. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 57.2%.

The frighteningly efficient Element115ian economy, worth a remarkable 1,126 trillion databytes a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. However, for those in the know, there is a large, well-organized, fairly diversified black market in Arms Manufacturing, Information Technology, Uranium Mining, and Woodchip Exports. The private sector mostly consists of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, but the government is looking at stamping this out. Average income is an impressive 118,281 databytes, with the richest citizens earning 5.8 times as much as the poorest.

The new foreign policy is "why bother invading neighbours when they can be bought wholesale?", pitchforks and torches are coming back into fashion, a baby's first breath is also a baby's first felony, and anti-vaxxers claim that injected children are prone to psychotic breaks when they see the 'Queen of Diamonds' playing card. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Element115's national animal is the zombie, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation.

Element115 is ranked 97,281st in the world and 1st in St Vincent College for Safest, scoring 84.41 on the Bubble-Rapp Safety Rating.
