Nutrition of the Honorgradian People

On population centers such as New Terra or Corax people recieve manufactured foods such as the kind most Americans eat (except a wee bit healthier as anyone who isnt fit is seen as less then human [unless their really old])
But on Colony worlds food is more organic and natural and definitely heartier
(Think medieval peasants)

On Colony worlds used for agriculture the cattle industry is very strong
So fresh meat is easy to come by
And having cities right on top of the food production centers makes food very cheap
Many dishes are served with a main portion of Bread with potatoes or Rice as well as various side bits of peas, leaks, carrots or any other vegetable
Meat is traditionally served in the lunch hour with either chicken pork or beef,
Richer inhabitants could afford slightly more exotic meats such as venison moose or kangaroo

(Basically honorgradians are healthy bois and if you invade the colony worlds your gonna have a lot of well armed well fed farmers who work all day and are ripped)
