The Cr♡zy for a can of La Fria of 0cala is a colossal, efficient nation, remarkable for its prohibition of alcohol, multi-spousal wedding ceremonies, and hatred of cheese. The hard-nosed, cynical, humorless population of 5.915 billion Ocalans are ruled with an iron fist by the dictatorship government, which ensures that no-one outside the party gets too rich. In their personal lives, however, citizens are relatively unoppressed; it remains to be seen whether this is because the government genuinely cares about its people, or if it hasn't gotten around to stamping out civil rights yet.

The government — a sprawling, bureaucracy-choked, corrupt morass — juggles the competing demands of Industry, Law & Order, and Administration. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of the 7th Refounding of 0cala. The average income tax rate is 91.3%, and even higher for the wealthy.

The frighteningly efficient Ocalan economy, worth 899 trillion Dollars a year, is driven almost entirely by government activity, with private enterprise illegal. However, for those in the know, there is an enormous, deeply entrenched, highly specialized black market in Uranium Mining and Woodchip Exports. The private sector mostly consists of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, but the government is looking at stamping this out. State-owned companies are the norm. Average income is an impressive 152,148 Dollars, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

The government now pays the "Really Awesome Super Heroes" (RASH) to catch evildoers, the judicial system legislates morality, citizens brought into court for parking violations are never heard from again, and raindances intended to summon storms instead attract tourists. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. 0cala's national animal is the Horse, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation.

0cala is ranked 272,814th in the world and 5,789th in The North Pacific for Nicest Citizens, with 0.26 average smiles per day.
