The Federation of -Inga- is a mammoth, orderly nation, notable for its soft-spoken computers, ubiquitous missile silos, and punitive income tax rates. The compassionate, cynical, devout population of 5.011 billion -Inga-ians are ruled with an iron fist by the dictatorship government, which ensures that no-one outside the party gets too rich. In their personal lives, however, citizens are relatively unoppressed; it remains to be seen whether this is because the government genuinely cares about its people, or if it hasn't gotten around to stamping out civil rights yet.

The large, corrupt, socially-minded, well-organized government juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Defense, and Education. The average income tax rate is 70.4%.

The frighteningly efficient -Inga-ian economy, worth 603 trillion gambles a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. However, for those in the know, there is a slick, highly efficient black market in Arms Manufacturing, Information Technology, Beef-Based Agriculture, and Furniture Restoration. The private sector mostly consists of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, but the government is looking at stamping this out. Average income is an impressive 120,353 gambles, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 4.3 times as much as the poorest.

There are increasing complaints that male AI assistants have aggressive voices, domestic cruise ships fly the -Inga-ian flag out of fear of being blown up, the dish 'poisson avec poison' is only available on the black market, and the death penalty has been reintroduced. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a very well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. -Inga-'s national animal is the gamble, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests.

-Inga- is ranked 37,493rd in the world and 264th in Municipalities of Finland for Largest Manufacturing Sector, scoring 24,631.2 on the Gooback-Jerbs Productivity Index.
