The People's Federation of Moscovien is a colossal, efficient nation, ruled by Chairman Of The SSOTF with an even hand, and notable for its keen interest in outer space, irreverence towards religion, and devotion to social welfare. The hard-nosed population of 3.198 billion Moscovenians are prohibited from doing almost everything except voting, which they do timidly and conservatively.

The relatively small, corrupt government juggles the competing demands of Education, Industry, and Defense. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Moscow. The average income tax rate is 15.7%, but much higher for the wealthy.

The frighteningly efficient Moscovienian economy, worth 686 trillion Rubls a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. However, for those in the know, there is a slick, highly efficient, fairly diversified black market in Information Technology, Arms Manufacturing, Tourism, and Retail. The private sector mostly consists of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, but the government is looking at stamping this out. Average income is an amazing 214,409 Rubls, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Crime suspects are forced to submit to blood testing, human tissue is grown in vats as a delicacy as well as for transplants, passwords to nuclear codes must now contain upper and lower case characters, and lawyers spend as much time preparing their make-up as they do their briefs. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown. Moscovien's national animal is the Bear, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its national religion is Atheism.

Moscovien is ranked 9,537th in the world and 1st in True Free Territory for Highest Average Incomes, with 214,409.08 Standard Monetary Units.
