The Are We The Baddies of General TM is a mammoth, efficient nation, ruled by The General with an iron fist, and remarkable for its free-roaming dinosaurs, infamous sell-swords, and aversion to nipples. The hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical, humorless population of 6.003 billion Playthings are ruled by a mostly-benevolent dictator, who grants the populace the freedom to live their own lives but watches carefully for anyone to slip up.

The relatively small, corrupt government juggles the competing demands of Defense, Industry, and Education. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of District of Generalian Columbia. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 28.4%.

The frighteningly efficient Generalanian economy, worth a remarkable 1,620 trillion General Dollars a year, is broadly diversified and led by the Arms Manufacturing industry, with significant contributions from Information Technology, Retail, and Uranium Mining. Black market activity is rampant. Average income is an amazing 269,889 General Dollars, but there is an enormous disparity between incomes, with the richest 10% of citizens earning 1,589,404 per year while the poor average 21,304, a ratio of 74.6 to 1.

Agricultural profit margins are on fire, the people say nuts to meat-based proteins, hot dogs have been renamed lukewarm pigs, and the government advises foreign diplomats to speak softly and carry a big bag of cash. Crime is pervasive, perhaps because of the country's complete lack of prisons. General TM's national animal is the Pigeon Spy Drone, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to toxic air pollution, and its national religion is Literal 1984.

General TM is ranked 4,977th in the world and 6th in Imperial World Nations for Highest Average Incomes, with 269,889.97 Standard Monetary Units.
