Fall of the First Zero Sovereignty...Glory to the Second Zero Sovereignty!
5th April 2024
On 2nd April 2024, the sudden disappearance of the Aui'takan authority (me being a dumbass) have caused the temporary disbandment (me losing the Executive power) of the original Zero government. As a part of the Zero contingency plan called the "Plan Ottoman", 5th April 2024 was scheduled for the disbandment of Zero and restoration of Aui'takan and the Monarch authority by temporarily displacing natives nations of Zero Sovereignty to the unfortunate hellish land of 0w0 Dominion. These natives are temporarily ordered to leave Zero on 3rd of April. Their departure to 0w0 are highly successful due to the supreme transportation plan of the Monarch. After emptying Zero, me and 0 Founder (who is an ungrateful idiot who don't deserve this amount of compassion) would lead a self-coup of Zero and disband the First Sovereignty altogether.
Zero native nations that are currently in 0w0 Dominion are allowed to return to their home as the operation of restoring the Monarch authority have been a success. All activity and form of hictories from the First Zero Sovereignty have been archived in a dispatch below, therefore nothing of value is lost. Life and governance in Zero will returns as normal within 3 days under my benevolence leadership as is the entire event never happens at all.

As for the curious diplomats, leaders and bystanders, I sadly have to declare that our lovely Embassy building that we have built together have mysteriously disappeared during the scuffle. Zero will rebuild its Embassies after the 54 hours ban have been lifted. If you desire a quicker Embassy reconstruction, you are free to request an Embassy with us.
For the unsavoury ones, Zero would gladly renew its ban list. Despite the disappearance of the First Zero Sovereignty, I still proudly declare that kakistocrat, fascism, nazism, extremism and those who are largely condemned by NationStates community have no place in Zero. This will be the stance of Zero diplomatic policy, forever.
With this, the Second Zero Sovereignty is declared in the place of the vanished First Zero Sovereignty. The Second Zero Sovereignty will be led by me as its Monarch and as my successor 0 Founder. Zero will return to normalcy after the 3 days period of vigorous restorative effort to rebuild the Sovereignty.

Stat'Ona
Partially Not Canon | 2024 Interdimensional Year
For the first time in Kazuoxstater history, the grandeur of the Stat'Ona, a monumental structure deeply revered in Kazuoxstater culture, has been showcased on the interdimensional stage. The Wonder Event held by the incomprehensible interdimensional political organization named the "World Assembly" have inviting Kazuoxstaters to present their "utmost and grandest monument". The encounter between World Assembly officers and Kazuoxstaters began with a surreal scene, as suited men materialized seemingly out of thin air, prompting immediate apprehension from Statperzneist. A tense exchange ensued, with the suited men demanding to speak with All-Kazuoxstat's leadership before the situation was defused, and the strangers were eventually allowed an audience with Egatarisi Theriya I.
Initially met with skepticism by Kazuoxstater officials, the government later saw the event as an opportunity to elevate the prestigious standing of All-Kazuoxstat among interdimensional nations. Egatarisi Theriya I have granted WA green light for the "Wonder Event" to be held in All-Kazuoxstat and have chosen Stat'Ona as a target Wonder to be shown. She had signed the WA contract to temporarily allow the WA survey teams and interdimensional journalists to document and record the area around Stat'Ona throughout the event. Theriya I would give a short comment, "It would be great to show the worlds beyond our own some part of Kazuoxstater pride, history and heritage".
As the Wonder Event draws to a close, the interdimensional tourists, journalists, reporters and WA surveyors have left All-Kazuoxstat with all trace of their existence disappeared into thin air honoring the signed contract. WA surveyors have provided their final assessment of Stat'Ona to the interdimensional audience. However, upon receiving the official WA report posted by All-Kazuoxstat official government account on WeBirb, Kazuoxstaters are left bewildered, unsure whether to feel proud, angered, or embarrassed by the assessment. Theriya I would later reply to the message saying, "I'm equally confused as everyone here.".

Formal 0w0 Integration Into the Second Zero Sovereignty

On its foundation on 22/2/2023, on 0w0 WFE, the 0w0 Founder, one of many adminstrators of the Monarch, have put an option, urging anyone to telegram 0w0 Founder and claim the region of 0w0. This offer, that were originally given due to administrative burden of having to manage 4 regions at once and mild annoyance at the name out of kindness and practicality, have been largely ignored by the interdimensional community with nobody came forward to claim 0w0.
Due to the callousness to affairs of other region except for Zero, One and Negative human oversight, the Monarch have missed the anniversary of 0w0 and forgotten to retract the expired offer 2 months prior. Today, is the day the offer to reclaim 0w0 is permanently annulled and any future offers to reclaim the region will be ignored and thrown into the void. As the offer expired, the Monarch is now represented with three options for the fate of 0w0:
1. Get rid of it and let a random region refounder to turn it into a desolate wasteland.
2. Kindly offer it to random furry/weeb so they can do whatever goddamned degenerate their normal activities in there.
3. Formally integrate it into Zero and increase the administrative burden of the Monarch.
The Monarch have reluctantly decided to choose the Third Option, hereby, to safeguard it against potential act of cruelty from outside the Second Zero Sovereignty jurisdictions. From now on, 0w0 are to be renamed to 0w0 Dominion, which will be viewed as a formal component of Zero. The 0w0 Dominion will be used as a refugee camp and a cemetery for the Second Zero Sovereignty and all of its components.
