I'm such an idiot... I came to work two hours early today to make it to a morning meeting on time. I was sitting in the conference room alone waiting for everyone to show up, but nobody did. It turns out the meeting is next Friday. I didn't even get the day of the week right!

Gun control laws aren't going to stop people from getting said gun without having to register, so this waiting list I feel is more or less useless. I feel an example is needed to explain what I mean. A while ago my dad without prior informing me basically gave me his .410 single shot crack barrel shotgun. As you can expect I did not need to sign anything or wait for it. I highly suspect that I acquired my shotgun in a similar manner to how these criminals get their firearms and no amount of gun regulations stopped either of us. The only difference between the two of us is that the criminal shoots people with his while I shoot the sole of a rubber boot with mine.
Aren't a good number of them situationally dependent?
Like, I'm pretty sure you have to have specific keywords in your pretitle, or specific stats at specific levels, for many of them?
That, and there's a couple seasonal ones. March and December, I think.

Try making your pretitle something like holy or blue.
Where I live in order to get a firearm I need to
1) Get a firearm licence that scales with the guns I will be using
2) Buy the firearm at a registered firearm dealer, usually a hunting store
3) Register the firearm
4) Fill out a registry form every time I buy ammunition
In a city of 175k people we have a shooting maybe every 2-5 years, and since ammo and guns are highly regulated you can't buy either of them without a licence, and can't get a licence without proper training and handling.
