Proposal. He is asking for approvals so it can be moved to vote. Opinions?
I can only assume that they were one in the same. There was no mention by Sedge of anyone being mass DEATed except Bob Moran. And all of Halcones puppet regions are founderless now too.
Proposal has been submitted, currently gathering approvals - already almost halfway to making quorum.
Not surprising really - this is a bandwagon every tag raided region will be jumping on.

Well, here's my dillemma: If you believe the High Priestess of TBR, they attack only regions which leave themselves open and when they leave they always left the advice to password or refound etc.
So, if the SC then goes in and removes their ability to password, making in impossible to refound...
It just doesn't seem right.
That doesn't mean I don't think all the raided regions shouldn't mount a massive retaliation strike.
So, here on the fence I sit. I am afraid I might get a splinter in my behind.

The gist of what I got from the GP forum was that Bob Moran and Halcones were working with Frak, a DOS player, and Frak was giving TBR illegal scripts. The mods as a result would mod - bomb all of Halcones and Bob Moran's nations, thus making TBR a founderless region. TBR also has gotten their ability to send recruiting telegrams away for 3 months, because TBR was using illegal scripts to send out more recruiting telegrams. LKE also got their ability to send recruiting telegrams taken away for 3 months too.
How do i make a new region?
My question again: are Bob an Halcones the same person or different.
