I would like to note that I also count as a member of the 'Old Guard,' as I have been here longer than even Anhur. Which makes me wonder why I don't have access to the shared founder account, as I was also Minister of Defense when we moved. But that's not too important right now.
What is very important right now is that we get the delegate position transferred over quickly and correctly. WA members need to withdraw their endorsements from Deluxa, as he was not elected for the position of delegate and is probably unaware of the fact that he now holds the office.
Also, I agree that we should increase our attempts to promote the growth of this region and I like the enthusiasm displayed by UED. That being said, we do need our Minister of Immigration to be active and I would like to know what Therlnia's status is, as I haven't heard from him in awhile.

That's what I thought you meant. Anyway, Therlnia currently has the position until the next election, which is November 2nd; you should feel free to run for the office at that time. But you can still help out now, by offering Therlnia some assistance in running our recruitment program, as the job isn't an easy one.

If anyone has NS++ I can add you to the recruitment list, and you'll send out recruitment telegrams for as long as you're online. At the moment the only people on it are me and the Black Hat Guy - so basically just me - and I'm online for maybe 10 minutes a day.

Ok we must stop bickering here is the truth.
Sad-States did not immediately say he is for Audax so we can't assume he is working for Audax at the moment.
Most of the Old Guard is gone however. Nerv did have the greatest recruitment rate in VF history which i admire, we need another nerv. However Nerv is in audax. Anhur is in Audax. The Black Hat Guy is gone. Same with many such as Erasgnome and Divair. The greatest generation that built the VF ground up has left the VF or got CTEd
Ok based on proposed ideas here is a more complex reform plan
1) We shall divert massive amounts of our non-government people into recruitment
2) Solarmania should temporarily take over the position of MoI (I will help with this, i used to be a good MoI too until the VF caved in to a re-found XD though then again i was simply following Nerv's strats)
3) I ask individuals to start asking their friends to come to the VF. Maybe ask some of your real life friends to come to the VF as well. That's how i joined a bunch of games :D
4) Increase the prestige of the VF and make the world recognize us. This should probably be after the Zombie Day
5) Ask our foreign allies for help. Ventoria could you possibly get some of our allies like Social Liberals, Capitalist Paradise and Democratic Socialists to send some people to help advise us on how to reform? I can get Iwaku and CFN to come over here with 1-2 people to help advise a reform plan. (Lol i see the right now VF as Pre-Industrial Japan in much need of modernization)
6) Have good relations with all our current allies while not having aggressive actions towards our enemies/ex-enemies. While i have a very bad relationship with Audax this would be the most pathetic time to bicker with them.

Also can i have a look at our VF recruitment messages? I want to see this and then compare it with other regions recruitment messages. Then i want to establish a team to compare our recruitment rates with those of other regions. Once we get a full analysis we should try to model and take the best aspects of the best recruitment messages and add it into ours.
I like our current MoI Therlina but he isn't as active as he was in the summer. :(
Also lol since TBHG is gone i propose that Auriga gets a shared founder account like several months after the ZA events so that we can once again have a Trimuanattive (Or whatever that threesome the romans called) of Jenlom, Anhur and Auriga.
High priority at the moment _ recruitment TG. We need one making up ASAP. I can then keep my nation logged in most evenings in order to telegram, as well as manual recruitment, but it seems we don't have one at the moment.
Corn i suggest that you send these recruitment tg sender thingies to solarmania as well. I'll check on some others who want to do it

Jenlom, the manual recruitment tool that TBHG made is in the admin part of the forum, maybe it would be good to find who would use it, then send it to them?
I know Therlnia has been asking about it, I was going to ask for access to it for him, but it might be best if you could send out copies of the script for people to use.
We desperately need a recruitment TG too, our MoI states that he doesn't have a copy.
