It's just you and me, partner.
I'm thinking of making SHP a sort of Annex. I'm over here to install the Embassy, first of all. Apperently NS has a glitch that disallows founders to form embassies with regions they founded.
I am here to deliver Da Powah! And do a little work of my own, lol.
yummy, give me power
Removed Delegate executive authority. The raiders can beat their head against the brick wall that is this region all day. They won't get anywhere.
UwU
Please ignore the Recruiter, and enjoy the new Flags. Also, I forgot to take away the other powers from the Delegate.(I can give them via an actual Office when we have a Delegate Election)
Okay, I gots news. One rule for the first election. Boss Juz... I mean, that guy called Pheonix Juz, who I am in no way a goon of, says Newbies can't run, only natives(Second election cycle within region), so anyone who wants to run for the first Delegate under the Windrose Act(Which we're using as an emergency intrim act until we can get a full democratic order going), should probably speak up quicklike, Git me? an' keep speaking up. The newbies elect whoever decides to run this time, then next month, they get their chance, if they want it. Who's in? I can't be.... For.... Reasons....
What do the positions get to control again?
NOD! You've finally arrived.... I've just sent out our first Mass Invite!
And the Ice Pirates remains an annoying little Sh.... Anyway, very good question, The Windrose Act is not really using NS terminology. Though I'd say,
MoD- Border Control, Appearance(Once we get the Defcon level back in action, this will allow the MoD to change it), and Embassies.
MoFA-, Communications, Embassies, and Polls
MoC-Appearance, Communications, and Polls
MoI-Border Control, Communications, Polls
Obviously the Delegate gets power over all of that.
im pretty sure all of that is NS terminology.
What I just said? Well of course.... That's why I said it :P The Windrose act itself doesn't actually specify powers so much as duties.
I just chose the powers best suited to carry out those duties, along with an attempt at balance.
im running for WAD
"The Windrose Act is *not* really using NS terminology. Though I'd say, "
Actually, I might want to store those Powers in a Dispatch.... Again, some of them were winging it, and just choosing to give a power because it's in shorter supply than the rest and it evened out.
Also stored the Windrose Act.... Tis the Purpose of the Living Founder.... The Protocol for handling the Living Founder is next on my agenda.
we need a regional map, and it needs to fit some qualifications:
1) It has to include all active nations in the region
2) It can't have too many islands
3) It has to be adjustable for when new nations join
4) It should be able to be used to have an enjoyable roleplay experience
5) It should be realistic
