I wrote a nice 'little' dispatch about the Local Council election here: page=dispatch/id=476211

Here's a bit of a tl;dr tho:
Nominations are open until September 4th, 9:30pm EDT
Voting begins September 7th, 9:30pm EDT
Voting ends September 10th, 9:30pm EDT.

If you want to nominate or self-nominate, post your nomination on the RMB.

A COI must be posted if you intend to be a candidate.

Anyone residing in the South Pacific may be a candidate for the Local Council.

Any further questions, don't hesitate to shoot me a telegram or post here on the RMB!
