As General-in-chief of the South Pacific Army, I would take it very personally if TBH raided The South.
Furthermore, as our founder is quite active, I would point and call any raiders stupid.

I think I, more than anyone, am in the best position to say what the SPA is, and what the SPA isn't. If the SPA thinks it is justified to carry out a liberation, it will carry out a liberation. If it thinks it is justified to carry out a raid. It will carry out a raid. How the SPA is "recognised" is of little consequence on how it decides to operate.
If The South formally requested the assistance of the SPA, I would do my utmost best to accede to their request.
tbh if we were raided i wouldn't kick the raiders.
i would instead remove delegate access to regional control and let us all make fun of the raiders.
But if the legal delegate wanted his position back immediately i would kick them obv.
From a logistical standpoint, it seems rather a waste of resources to attack a fairly active region that has a founder, and also mentioning your intent to raid it also reduces the impact such a raid would have.

That having been said, my comments on the SPA were regarding the recent action in Warzone Airspace, and the UDL response to the action. As someone who could not care less about the Warzones, I have no opinion on the matter.
