I just ban/ejected Shino Aburame. Folks, I've had enough. I'll be going through all the nations with a fine tooth-comb. All the infants with inappropriate mottoes and nation names will be ban/ejected. All those who registered their nation, came here and HAVE DONE ZERO since they arrived will be ban/ejected. I'm sick of the weird behavior which sees nations register, arrive then do absolutely nothing over the next 28 days. If you're going to come here and do absolutely nothing then CTE, DON'T BOTHER COMING. DON'T region hop out of here 1 minute or a few minutes after you arrive. There is NO excuse --- you can view the region remotely before you decide to join.
Buddy is there a thing where u can declare war on other nations or cobine forces with one.

Please refer to Lazzarania's penultimate post, where he quotes exactly how "war" exists (or, doesn't exist) on Nationstates.
But, to be direct, you cannot declare war on or combine forces with another nation.
