Before anything, you can put in my name (Winona). I won't mind.
1 - Whiggism. Or whatever ideology the Whigs have.
2 - Activity.
3 - No.
4 - I hate outside forums. No.
5 - I don't quite know. It depends, really.
6 - Activity and friendly people.
7 - It's just the matter of having me in it. A region is good without me in it, but when I join it, it becomes amazing. (I'm conceited.)
8 - It can't be possibly defined.
9 - Raid other regions.
10 - Look at #7.

1. Democracy on average, anything but dictatorships
2. The general native alignment as in how active it is in game
3. Somewhat. A flag represents a region, and a well done flag indicates the care/activeness/involvement of the region as a whole
4. If by regional website you mean an off site forums, I believe they play a vital position in the game by allowing for a more intimate game play than the site currently offers.
5. Ignorance, disrespect, dishonesty in game play
6. Open-mindedness, activeness, diversity, respectful game play
7. The natives
8. Everything that is not
9. Apathy towards active in game game play, disrespect for fellow natives/nations, inability to communicate in a meaningful way/manner
10. By being true to the game and itself/residents, by being the village

1.What is you're political alignment? Anarchist
2.When you look for a region what do you consider first? Friendly people, active RMB.
3.Does a well suited regional flag make any difference to you? Not really, though I might be put off by one in bad taste or something. :I
4.What are you're opinions on a regional website?Do you ever bother with the citizenship junk? Usually not, unless there's something I specifically want to do on it.
5.When you join a region what turns you away? Inactive members, too many serious people, and... um... not enough smileys.
6.When you join a region what draws you in? RMB topics, nice people, and randomness.
7.What's the difference between a good and amazing region? That's the difference between aquaintances and friends. :D
8.What is the middle ground over too serious or too silly for a region? I've never been in a too silly region. That's just me though.
9.What are some little things most regions do that bother you? Hmm... I'm not sure. :L
10.How does a region in the 17,000 others make itself unique? Cool name? :O)
Hope this helps. :)

3.No
4.I like a regional website. It may bring some RP to the region. In the case of the citizenship, I can't join because I don't have an e-mail.
5. Probably boring in the region. I've been in 10000 Islands for over 200 days, so I don't really know why I would leave a region. But, if I feel like another region is better, I'll join.
6. The RP and forums in that region, and the Nations there.
7.The difference is the quality of that region.
8. Joking around a little bit, and having fun in that region. But not accepting any fun, or having any websites that let people do things they wouldn't do in the RMB.
9. Having e-mail requirements for the regional forums, as I don't have one yet.
10. Having the most political diversity. Regional forums probably, and things such as TITO and Taco Island for 10000 Islands. Websites that are similar to those are new to me, so if a region has one, I consider it unique in some ways.

Those gross angry totalitarian communist nations
Good countries. Also I like the refion I started in, so I look for my birthplace
The East Pacific is both a good and amazing region. I love the delegate
I don't really know
RP about stupid things
Idk...

1) Personally? I consider myself centrist. I have views that align with some parts of conservative ideology, and views that align with some parts of liberal ideology. Nationstates wise, I just "do whatever" I feel will be the best response at the time.
2) Well, Balder was the one I got punted to after the Black Riders invaded my original region, and as it is well protected and pretty friendly I figured I'd stay.
3) Yeah, I guess. I like Balder's flag.
4) I don't really feel like bothering with regional websites. Too much hassle, and what you do on that regional website, 99% of it can be done on the Nationstates region's page anyway.
5) if it's arch conservative or arch liberal. I don't really like things that aren't moderate.
6) I've only ever joined Balder, and i suppose because it's friendly.
7) I wouldn't know.
8) Dunno.
9) Invasion. "Hurr durr, 15 nation region, let's wreck it for the people in there"
10) Its policies, its members, and its overall theme.

1. My political alignment is that I am socially liberal whilst maintaining principals of ordoliberalism.
2.I usually consider what type of community I'm moving into first.
3.A regional flag makes some difference initially however you eventually get used to it. So no.
4.I do like registering for citizenship since it puts a bit of closure into the process of joining a region.
5.Typically a bad community turns me away or just a highly inactive region.
6.An active region with a good community that respects the ideas and opinions of others. Also one that raids.
7. A good region meets these standards however an amazing region surpasses them in unique ways. Such as order, offline communications, etc.
8.DEN is a prime example of the middle ground between silly and serious. While you do have a community who likes to joke a bit everyone still upholds to their responsibilities and control themselves in a tolerable manner.
9.It would be things such as showing unessecary disrespect.
10.A region makes itself unique by doing the unexpected. Doing things no one else could think of.

2. I look at how nice its people are.
3. Yes, I would prefer not to live in a region with a hammer and sickle or iron cross or something of the sort.
4. I'm currently a member in my region's forum but I rarely login. I prefer the NS forums' layout and the regional forums also lag a lot.
5. If a region's people are generally mean, I would leave.
6. If a region's people are generally nice, I would stay.
7. A good region is one with averge organization and ordinary people. An amazing region is one with great organization and wonderful people. I'm in an amazing region. :)
8. My region is a mix of serious and silly.
9. The RMB posts. Most people write them so bad it's illegible, and when it is legible, it's usually something mean or stupid.

2. I consider whether or not I can use FT tech in the regions RP's (if available).
3. Not at all: If the region has a good setup, it's good for me.
4. I don't feel one way or another on either question.
5. Trolls, if any. And Mary Sues, if it's an RP region.
6. Activity, and whether or not they accept I won't be there much.
7. An amazing region has good people and great activities in it, a good region has decent people and somewhat decent activities in it.
8. I didn't even know there WAS a middle ground. I'm a naturally random and silly person.
9. Nothing: I can accept most things, unless the regional leader or WAD is tyrannical (blocking out most of your messages on the RMB) or if there are trolls in the region.
10. If I stay in it for more than a week, it interests me. If not, it doesn't. I can't really say what makes a region unique.

9. Focusing on RP.
10. Activity and a welcoming telegram that's actually unique.
