This is why I dislike this government (not that there's anyone much better).

Why would you hate the government for that? That's an issue with the internal structure of capitalism and of the capitalist state as the political instrument of the bourgeoisie class, together with the usual failures of representative democracy, not a problem with the state itself.

Also, lowering taxes for the middle class obeys to economic benefits linked to the inner structure of the market system. The middle class doesn't have the adquisitive capacity of the higher classes and giant corporations, and is usually composed by smaller and/or generally successful enterprises in the market. Tax breaks for the middle class make it easier for the small companies in the market to grow by themselves without subsidies and to prevent the largely free market from decaying into monopolistic competition and huge supranational corporations, which benefits capitalist competition and workers as well, since the smaller companies would also have to compete in the labour market for contracts. It's quite logical when you think about it, but it's still unfair that the lower classes have to pay the toll for the taxes.

If you mean liberal identity politics when you use "social justice", then this is as alien to me as the moralism you preach. I could care less about internet drama among those people. We've had scathing critiques of their core concepts here and elsewhere many times; in fact, one of the best posts I've read on that subject was from a comrade here on NS: page=rmb/postid=11948545

I don't live in those places. I don't have any power over those places. I am entirely disengaged from those places. I focus on the cultural space I actually exist in, friend. Which is a democratic society where popular opinion matters.

That post you linked is thoroughly blindered foolishness. The product of someone with a great deal more investment in myopic formal ideology than in awareness or reason or sense or anything that lets a person actually understand the world.

I can confirm that Cormactopia ii was (and is!) indeed a member of our community under the nation The rainbow collective.

While Cormac was not a defender of The Internationale when La Pasionaria was deleted (to my knowledge - if he was, it was through a puppet I'm not aware of), that does not change the fact that he has been a supporter of antifascist militaries and a champion in the wider gameplay community of the antifascist cause for the entire time that I have known him. He was also a Sailor of The Red Fleet early in its current incarnation.

I would personally support establishing relations between Osiris and The Internationale, but they are not at present eligible by our Charter standards.
