Having been in contact with both our tovarische, High Hrothgar and Doningrad, respectfully, our Leader and Our Inspiration, Semyonov, hopes that a consensus can be reached regarding the current tie for the position of Regional Delegate.

As you have no doubt been informed, High Hrothgar is currently Regional Delegate due to a technicality, therein being the length of time residing in our glorious region. This status quo can be maintained if Semyonov chooses to endorse no one, or can be changed in the favor of Doningrad, by endorsing the same.

A third option, however, is if Doningrad endorses Semyonov, making him the Regional Delegate and representative of our Land to the World Assembly. This is up to Doningrad, of course.

As you may have noticed tovariches, Our Glorious Father was elected Regional Delegate recently! He will of course immediately hand the position over to our Comrade Doningrad, but Nationstates will allow him to only do so after 24 hours.

As such, Semyonov took a moment our of his busy schedule to improve things here! A formatting of the World Factbook entry was in order, as you can see, and of the various Regions requesting an embassy, only The International Brigades was accepted, due to the 3 others being inadequate for our standards.
