Now in honour of our friend Otto, let's talk about those tracked, armoured fighting vehicles designed for front-line combat which combine operational mobility and tactical offensive and defensive capabilities, where firepower is normally provided by a large-calibre main gun in a rotating turret and secondary machine guns, while heavy armour and all-terrain mobility provide protection to the people inside, allowing it to perform all primary tasks of the armoured troops on the battlefield, vehicles known as "Tanks". What about your favourite WW2 tank? And modern day tank?

For WW2 my choice is the soviet T-34. For modern day, I'll go with the Challenger 2.

now, I would say the best modern is the Swedish STRV 122, its a Leopard 2a5 with alot of upgrades.
I will not go in detail, but my favorit upgrade is the sausage boiler, my Leo2 had only a water boiler, the sweds can boild their hotdogs while they fight :p
but also GPS's systems, communication, the L44 gun, good room and so on for the loader. and much much more.

and here is the shock, best WW2 tank the british Centurion. but it did not really get the chance to fight so I would have to say the Russian T-34/85.
simple good and so on, better than the T-34.41 and T-34/76 ;)
but best German is the Panther is you overlook the problems, I like the Tiger, but I belive it has been given to much praise and its effect on the war was more psychological than a war winner
