I think we have touched on that subject in the past.
For the record, when this account notes that Out-of-Character drama and interpersonal conflict should be kept from the Regional Message Board, it doesn't mean to continue it there - regardless of form. If players have personal conflicts of an Out-of-Character variety, it is best they refrain from communicating with one another - blocking telegrams and placing one another on their Foe List on the forums is the easiest mechanical means to accomplish this.
If players feel there are issues which have arisen which reach the level of rule violation, it is best they seek assistance through a Getting Help Request (if such occurred gameside) or through the Moderation sub-forum (if such occurred forumside).
Regional Message Boards, however, are not the appropriate sphere to air these conflicts or interpersonal, player-to-player issues, and I would greatly appreciate if, for the sake of mutual respect and upholding the Mission Statement of The Local Cluster, this reminder is taken to heart without further issue or mention of dramatic conflict - regardless of context.
