So... What regions should we vote on to send a telegram to as to invite them to our fine land?
DIRECTIONS:
On a rock, scratch a region's name on it and place it in the jar. Then, once I tally up regions, as you can do a maximum of 3 regions, i will place out jars. Put a black rock in the region's jar if you disagree that we should recruit in that region, and a white rock if you want to. Remember, regions have to be allowed to be recruited in by telegrams.
