We cannot banned a member state with exception of a former member. We will not ban a member state because of there opinions or what they say we are a demorcatic and free region. And besides the GIASC doesn't have that kind of power in regards to a countries comments or beliefs.

On their way out of Paris. The Nazgul Artillery fire shells loaded with shadowdew nerve gas into the city. The Krynn were a minority group in the Imperium. Conquered decades ago. They have been oppressed ever since. The current fighting has given Krynn rebels an opportunity. They fight back against the Nazgul. The Nazgul use remaining nerve gas on rebels, Arconian, and TNA troops. Civil war breaks out. All forces are caught in the crossfire.
The Krynn suffer heavy casualties, but continue in the fight against the Nazgul.
Krynn are xenophobic and see Arconian and TNA troops as foreign invaders. Trying to take what they consider theirs.
