I think it might help spell the end for my time in office but something has to happen if this region ever wants to get off the couch. Metaphorically. I mean we don't even raid the fridge we just watch SpongeBob all day. Metaphorically.

I think it's time to appoint some new board members and give them actual jobs that they would be required to do. In order for this region to grow we need to do more than sit around complaining about the lack of activity. Maybe we could have a mandatory recruitment requirement thingy that is necessary and you have to do. Wow that was repetitive.
Can it be Hawaiian pizza? I'd love me some pineapple.

Bylaw 06
Executive Elections without multiple options
The CE/ECS election shall be exempted if by the 196th day of the each 100-day Chief Executive term no eligible opposing ticket(s) exists.
In counter to no term-limit a CE may be removed from office at any time if a nation who is eligible to vote in RMB votes calls for a 'no confidence in administration' vote and is seconded by another voting member, at which point a vote will be put to the RMB lasting at least 3 full days and if 50% +1 of all voters vote no-confidence then the CE will be considered removed and no longer in power.
The CE will be disenfranchised the right to run in the next 2 CE elections (including the special election and the subsequent election 100 days later), but will still be allowed a vote. The ECS will also be removed from office but will not be forbidden from running in the following election as either CE or ECS.
A special election will begin no sooner than 5 days from the day the removal vote ends and no later than 15 days after. The election following a no confidence removal will not be exempted, as this bylaw describes in the case of 1 ticket ballots, but will for any election not following a no confidence removal.

5-0 in favor. Bylaw 06 passes. As such, this terms' CE/ECS is Yakostan/Thingys, good luck fellas. Let this be the most proactive CE term yet.
