As to the new banner system, I doubt I will change it; at least until they come up with a pony-themed one anyways....

I think you have to change that in the settings to the new experimental theme.
Apparently, I've had enough achievements to the point where I have 100-ish banners to choose from, 3 of them customizable.

Also, I just got 2 notifications that I have two issues. This seems redundant.

You get custom banners after reaching a certain population.

Well, freedom is a type of chaos one supposes? As strictly controlling aspects of one populace is in a way imposing order (perhaps ones own personal version of order, but still order nevertheless).

When "Repeal "Nuclear Arms Possession Act"" comes to vote I have to urge everyone here to vote NO. Chester pearson set that one up by using an illegal resolution to duplicate it's purpose. Wow.. this new page design is nice; but what would have been nicer is to have designed a new page with at least a passing resemblance to the old one in layout. I swear it took 2-3 min for me to find out how to access the issues :/
