It does look like having Luna as our nations ruler ruler has the added benefit of Dear Lunae having a very diverse, popular and active 'Night Scene' to help draw in those tourist bits :D
Huh. so I finally got an issue chain.
Nice! I only had one so far, it seemed quite limited sadly :/ Options always seemed to be A) Kill some of them B) Kill a lot of them or C) Nuke them all. Granted it was a war chain issue, but still.....

"Of course we should send them food aid, but only if the Brasilistan government agrees to end their aggression, surrender to us, and submit their nation to our control. This little diplomatic incident will have ended, the Brasilistani will have food again, and our government can get back to spending money where it's necessary. Everybody wins."
What the heck, I only answered like 2 of these issues. This escalated quickly.
Indeed, I was trying for a rather peaceful solution (well, for a war anyways) but like you said the issue escalates quickly and rather unreasonably. Like I had mentioned, after choosing to attack military targets I was then stuck with three options when I quit the chain of: A) Create civilian casualties through bombing strategic targets in cities (apparently smart bombs don't exist in NationStates), B) Create large amounts intentional civilian casualties through direct targeting of them, or C) Nuke the nation.
This was a serious WTH moment, as I went from attacking military targets to suddenly being given three levels of killing civilians to choose from.
This first chain issue seriously needs some tweaking in my opinion.

I also noticed some of the nations here are Fallout:Equestrian. Has anyone here heard of the animated series being created for it, perhaps?
I know there is a game being worked on for Fallout: Equestria (EqD has update posts on occasion), but honestly never heard of an animation based off it.
