@Whovian- I just finished it off. I used the skeleton of one he gave us a while
@Aaraya - I know. I just don't think that with 34 nation (and who knows how many of those are puppets) that we need 5 senators, etc.
I think that was one of the problems we had before - we kept making the government bigger and bigger - until finally it just couldn't be supported by the smaller number of active citizens we has.
I can solve all these goverment problems. Just Declare me Emperor

Not exactly. I think the number of positions had been the same since the House of Representatives, but the number of people who were leaving made us have low turnout for candidates and voters.
