I am. I have enjoyed the previous two, despite how much the purists clamor that they are changing too much.

In other news, we have a great opportunity, if someone can only find the time. We have been invited by Wysteria, Yggdrasil, Texas & 10000 Islands to participate in their cross-regional sports RP event come August. This is the first time these four regions are extending the invitation beyond themselves. They would also like one of us to be a Narnian representative on their planning committee. This person would have to be active on the committee.

These four regions all have a rich history and high standing in Nationstates. It is an extremely high honor that they have bestowed on us with this invitation. We should do all we can to make this happen.

August could either be a fantastic time for me or a horrible one, the jury is still out O.o

Revived holy roman

I officially start college in august sooo in order to pay im picking up one or two more jobs over the summer after graduation this month soooo I won't be able to... though sounds like fun

I might be able to do it since I (think) I know what my summer is looking like now...but I want to leave it open to someone else who may be active as well.

I may be around in August.

sounds like a great way to foster inter regional cooperation

Update on life for me-

I'm now running two businesses, finishing grad school and working part time at anothe job. On top of that, mowing our large yard and being an involved father, I'm diving full throttle into my 12 year old dream of writing a series of novels.

I am thinking my time with Nationstates is drawing to an end. At least actively. I don't want the region to die, so I won't let my nation die. But as for doing much more than that...it just isn't happening.

I, and all Kitlopians, will remain Narnian citizens until the bitter end.

I'll stay here for a while, too, so don't worry.

As I hope we all will. But that end is by no means near.

By The Lion's Mane, it sure isn't near!

Or at least until a monkey and a donkey hoodwink me

So how is everyone doing?

Cocolint island and the colonies thereof

Quite good, thanks for asking. And you?

I'm doing great! I'll be leaving to hike through 78 miles of desert with a 50 pound pack on Sunday.
How are you?

How's retirement Mr.Fotar Fox?

Going well. 99% done with grad school and both my businesses are going well. Still don't have time to write my novel...but it will come. Still checking here most every day though, just to make sure the region is ok and to keep my nation alive.

When your novel is completed, let me know!

I shall. Though, we will probably all be old and grey and have arthritis in our hands from typing too much by then!

I'm trying to come up with a solution for you Fotar, and all I can come up with is to hire more management for your companies so you can have more time to yourself!

What is your novel about?

Good idea...but my companies are mere fledglings that have just been side projects during grad school. One (in my career field) brings in a nice bit of money, but not enough yet. The other is still paying back start-up fees, but is quickly paying them back. Maybe in a couple years...

My novel...well...originally, it was about a fox named Fotar. But that was a long time ago now, and the name Fotar has come to mean something completely different due to Nationstates. The novel has completely changed as well...and the current version in my head is a rough allegory for the brotherhood I shared with one of the greatest friends I knew.....and the story behind why I say that in the past and not present tense. Foxes. Wolves. Gryphons. Battles. Adventure. A little love. A little magic. Fairly standard fantasy, just no humans, dwarves, orcs, and elves. I have about 1000 words down so far :p

All of my cool internet friends seem to be writing books... the peer pressure is getting to me XD

Bisim- if you are interested in fantasy, historical fiction or science fiction, I HIGHLY recommend you check out http://www.holyworlds.org. I think you will love it as much as I do :)

Well I'm certainly interested! I'll have to look around :)
