This is an amendment and not a new legislation, Lord Speaker and Lord Secretary general.

'Amend' was simply the word I chose at the time of the drafting and has no legislative significance on the Constitution and it's provisions whatsoever. I'm sure the Lord Speaker could alter this word for a synonym if needed. As for the "current system of governance of the colonies", this simply means the present state of the region's colonies; decaying and largely lacking life. The system, if it could be called that, just didn't function. I believe that the requirements on colonies in the CAAA rectifies these issues.

Someone took one of my plots on the Map. I hope this can be fixed. I had that spot before the other nation took it.

Office of the Foreign Minister

Following orders from the Prime Minister, The Foreign Ministry has decided to allow Bordurians fleeing religious persecution to file for asylum and take temporary refuge in the Embassy there. Relations with the Empire of Borduriaa are currently being evaluated. Muslims throughout the Two Exalted Kingdoms are being advised to not travel to Borduriaa and official personnel who are muslim are being withdrawn with immediate effect.

An official condemnation is soon to be followed.
