ooc I was under the impression that conquered territories should be amalgamated into your nation proper, not set up as a puppet government. Good to know.
I suppose I would be scared of being on a blacklist...if your opinion was one that truly mattered. Seeing as you aren't the Despot or a minister, though, I will chalk it up to sour grapes and proceed onward regardless. Glad to have had this talk, though.

OOC: It's the majority. And it's because you think you're above it all that you're pretentious and nose-nosed. You don't think you have to answer to ministers whom hold equal power to you (arguably more pollboy) and think majority support means nothing. You're unfit to be a minister, you're biased, aloof, unfair, and you cause more trouble and arguments then you solve. In fact, all you do is start arguments you've never solved one a day in your life.
OOC: There would be fewer arguments if people were better able to put the pieces together.

I don't think that will be a major issue for me. Even though that might cause trouble in the future if we both end up on the same or opposite sides of an issue or military engagement. Then I believe we would need to reference the Despot's ruling on ignoring other players to resolve the situation.

ooc No, but Rps will be less coherent if players don't acknowledge others as being a part of it. But I suppose we will cross that bridge when we get to it.
Also, if by 'acknowledge your existence' you mean 'last time I speak to you,' then all I have to say in response is 'sour grapes and be off.'

OOC: If the Despot agrees with your position, then he would a) be contributing to the massive globe-spanning empires that he has publicly criticized on two prior occasions, and b) begun adding exceptions to rules (thus muddling an already confusing mess of opinions and rulings further).
OOC: Please demonstrate how I have abused the rules for puppets (do we even have rules for puppets...?). If you refer to Hanei and Hapha, you must be aware that ICly, the Greater Empire doesn't annex places directly, but rather prefers to set up puppet governments, which don't parrot the Greater Empire blindly in every situation. I've also been very clear and up-front that Hanei and Hapha are indeed my nations -- as Chadicia has been clear that Scandinavia and East Valcouria are his puppets, and Marescowl has been clear that Cyrod Mare and America Mare are his puppets.
ooc All I remember is Valcouria ranting about how when he was mapmaker he would only allow one puppet per nation to avoid cluttering the map. But like I said, his way is no more, so I don't particularly care if a nation has 100 puppets or not. All the better to control the region, right?
