INTERNATIONAL GOOKY BAG ANNOUNCES HOSTILE TAKEOVER ATTEMPT ON GOOGLE
1 September 2011 - PeZ - (ANS) Stookocz Rzygllaz, Chairman and CEO of International Gooky Bag, announced today that the firm would attempt a hostile takeover of an American company known as Google, which, he explained to the press, "is an American Internet-based firm, which primarily seems to provide a variety of online services that are very similar to a wide variety of other online services."
International Gooky Bag's initial offer "will be in the neighborhood of 25 Kupas for share," said Rzygllaz. Google is currently trading on one of the American stock exchanges for about 500 american dollars per share. "We think this is a more than fair offer for a company that is basically another world wide web search engine, much like ZiBona, or Ufferhov, here in Annoyastan." Rzygllaz stated that the company intends to change the name of all Google services to Gooky services. "It should be a fairly seamless transition. Probably most people won't even notice."
