Of comparable size, the region declares itself to be 'neutral'. It lacks a syfy theme so its compatibility with our region is questionable. I wish that regions proposing an embassy would send a rep and post a list of positive reasons about WHY such an exchange would be beneficial.

If this decision were left to me, I would vote "Decline."
