Dearest Mother Mary,
When my life takes the most unexpected turns, be by my side.
Help me to find faith, strength and solace in your peaceful smile.
Let me know a shadow of your faith and trust in God Almighty,
for that alone would be enough to give me strength to face the world.
As I kneel before your divine Son on this, the day of His birth, I will thank Him for in His divine wisdom He gave the world a mother's love, her warm embrace and her ever-caring attention. We pray this in the name of your Son, our Lord Jesus Christ.
