So, at the risk of precipitating a Nethertopian Oh and/or an okay, it occurred to me over my bran flakes this morn, because I'm desperately lonely and really ought to take up embroidery or get a gerbil or something, that by tradition today is supposed to be a general election here in C&M, and that President Natalie van Dijk has thus outlived her self-imposed term-limit.
Obviously I don't care as such. I do not hear the shouts of 20.024 billion souls. The fate of these Candelariasians have not concerned me for many years. Yet... yet something troubles me. I treat this land as if it is dead, yet it lives on still as if in an endless coma. What if I'm wrong, and they are still aware of their surroundings, and I've unthinkingly left the cerebromedullospinal disconnected husk of a country in front of Barney the Dinosaur for the last five years, going slowly out of their collective mind, unable to impart the fact of their suffering onto the rest of myselves? Perhaps they do care who their President is. Perhaps I care, on some level. Perhaps all this is just terribly unhealthy for my already fractured psyche.
Any road up, I need a new President (which is to say, President of the Government or, if you prefer, Prime minister... we kinda use the Spanish nomenclature, because reasons). Thus, it occurred to me, it was the perfect excuse to dig out Ye Olde Candelariasiane Peoplee Generatore. A couple of clicks later, and a cabinet happened:

So, basically... Elect me a new President, Rushmore. Just... Keep away from the Fanny. I'm all out of Irn-Bru.
Is the Fanny Tan option off limits? Because I'd imagine that's what Rushmore would choose.
