It seems that since the dawn of this new year communication, support, and unity has been seldom found in the Nebula. Is it because out nations have come upon troubled times to the point that foreign relations have been neglected? Have any tragedies befallen my fellow nations? Agonia would like to inform that it has come across busy times and issues within the country have forced Agonia to postpone regional affairs...until now.
While the lights of the Qeuratan Nebula slowly wink off one by one, there is hope, dear comrades.

The Dominion of Agonia wishes to send its greetings to all new nations that have recently joined the nebula. Communication has been lacking within the nebula as of late. I wish to call forth our delegate Equinieo as i inquire about future goals and plans for the nebula.
Qorchelian Diplomatic Corp have sent Diplomats (And a small amount of forces) to each of the planets bearing Space fairing lifeforms in the Nebula.
