There is an endorsement cap of 20, to prevent raids and coups. If you go over it, especially well over it like 90 you risk ban.

Turnips and Guns are our main export
We had guns and drums and drums and guns, Hurroo Hurroo!
We don't have much in the way of arms manufacturing, but we do buy a lot of them. Having reliable arms merchants in the same region just means less in the way of transportation cost and delivery time. So keep on building those rifles!
As for turnips... Well, it's either the curse of an old god, or some sort of biological experiment gone awry, but our plants have a 50% of yielding turnips. Do you know how hard it is to get a proper slice of chocolate cake and a cup of tea when your tea, wheat, and cocoa plants end up producing turnips instead? Half of our research labs are busy trying to find uses for the damned things. Potatoes at least are slightly more useful as ammunition, and parsnips can contribute to bioweapons research. But turnips? Oh well, at least they taste good as chips/fries.
