If nations each present a similar number of people as Haldasia, I can see Vauvenargues filling up very quickly..
One should expect it to be like the Worlds fair! Hundreds of thousands of citizens attended those.
I suggest each nation sending 500 festival personnel, which would include preformers and support staff (this will help with crowd control in Vauvenargues, Aix-En-Provence0. The number of visitors can only be approximate . Bade, since you are Minister of Defense will you be sending the OG and or the ROF to secure the Imperial Festival?
To Gaza: Narbonne Sur Le Mer will also pledge another 1 billion Occitan Euro to help should your economic burden.

As the center of Finance as well as Secretary of Finance for the Franco-Russian alliance and after a series of private telegrams between its members, we the Franco -Russian Alliance will send be giving the Sultanate of The Gaza Strip an economic aid package of 7 Billion Occitan Euros, 1 billion Occitan Euros from each member.

Our economy is stable but cannot give 1 Billion Occitan Euros and we are not part of any Alliance. Porto Maurizio will give Gaza an economic aid package of 500 Million Occitan Euros.
Rio Cana has warmly reached out to Occitania. He must be thanked for visiting our region.
Albensburg will be participating in the regional festival, and we will send the required 500 personnel for the exhibits. We estimate that at least 30 thousand citizens will be visiting, but that number may be much larger due to our enormous population. We can try and provide a better estimate if necessary by sending out an online survey to our citizens.
To the Sultanate of The Gaza Strip, the government of Albensburg pledges 2 Billion Occitan Euros in aid. We have a robust, stable, and growing economy, so we will be willing to pledge more if necessary.
I would also like to humbly thank Rio Cana for visiting our region and reaching out to us. His efforts will not go to waste.
In other news, Albensburg has surpassed the 3 billion mark in population.

It seems that our German/Mediterranean, Holy Roman Alliance is not organized like the Franco-Russian Alliance but I will also pledge another billion Occitan Euros in economic aid to Gaza Strip.
