World Factbook Entry

North America is one of the eldest and most respected regions in the world. We are committed to state sovereignty and stand in staunch opposition to WA interference in the affairs of all states. New states are encouraged to register on our offsite forums and learn more of our history, culture, and organizations at Link]http://na.halberd.org.

We are currently blazing new trails in utter apathy. Doldrums don't even begin to cover this.

We also never agreed that this was the shape we wanted.

And then there's all the dead areas for the nations no longer with us... it's a big job!

The Federal Republic of the Union of Mexican States sends its greetings to the nations of North America!

We are an alternate history nation revolving around a Mexico that managed to stay stable in the early 19th century, avoiding Santa Anna's endless coups, building up a good economy and government under the 1824 Constitution. Because of this Texas, Yucatan and the Rio Grande never tried to secede. A civil war in the 1840s helped to resolve social issues and breed a generation of good generals and the nation was able to deal a crushing blow to the United States during the 1852-1854 Mexican-American War, retaining all of Alta California and Nuevo Mexico and forcing an indemnity. A wave of European and Asian immigration came and, along with the returning soldiers and the San Patricios, helped to populate and connect Alta California to the south. After that, Mexico defeated a British invasion in 1871.
Today, the nation is a prosperous and powerful republic with socialist leanings.

How this nation is in the top 5% of the world for most developed and most primitive, I have no idea.

wuz up?

We did have a map for our region but that project was stalled because many of our elder nations have ceased to exist. I was planning on coming up a better map but when time permits. I will try and design one. But its not going to be the RL North America map. What Al Amarja recently said and is correct; it is a huge job.

Welcome to North America! You're in the correct region that is peaceful and people go by their business. If you have any questions. Ask away.

Not much dude! What's up with you? Welcome to North America! If you have any questions, feel free ask me or Al Amarja.

I wasn't a huge fan, so I changed it back, but I wish you could see your banner with the old default.

I like it. I think its a good change to the website to make it more appealing and bring more people to Nationstates. What features do you like to see added to Nationstates?

I actually think that the new layout is rather appealing. The banners are great and you can customize which ones show which is great as well.

On a separate note, I missed all you guys, everyone is looking good. But there are a few unsavory States in the region. But that is a problem for another day.
