The vote has come to an end and with 2 yays and 0 nays, it is clear that the people find confidence in Likako gaining control of the founding nation of "New Sorvun Republic". I will inform the person currently in control and the transition shall be done shortly.
Citizens and Friends of New Sorvun,
Our first hurdle in redeveloping New Sorvun is behind us, with the confidence of the people I have been given control of the founding nation of "New Sorvun Republic." And according to our Constitution, the State of Emergency can not be lifted until we have a legally elected Delegate in the seat of our region. Now, because we now have two regions under our jurisdiction, there is a lot of questionable territory we are moving into that the Constitution has no clear answers for, however the current number of active citizens is not adequate enough to make any amendments to the Constitution without seeming underhanded, so to keep things easy, for now whomever runs and wins the election for Delegate will take the seat in New Sorvun, (the original region) and once our region grows in citizens we will then decide if New Sorvun Republic can and should have a delegate of it's own.
And that brings me to the another important subject: Recruiting, that is something that I will discuss within the League of Nations among the other citizens to see exactly our course of action shall be, and other governmental options concerning our now two-region system will also be discussed in detail, and to that end, the League of Nations will no longer be open to foreign involvement.
Though we greatly appreciated the friends from abroad who helped guide us in our crisis, we must move forward on our own, however for now, foreign nationals will be able to follow along if they wish, but beyond that the discussion is a purely New Sorvunese matter.
The more citizens that participate the more effective our discussions and eventually our actions will become. Thank you all for your patience and cooperation so far, we are not quite out of the woods yet, but we are close!
