there is no reason to introduce an amendment for that. I think it is fairly well implied that if we can introduce bills, we can debate them. And if congress wishes to silence me or the president, they can vote for cloture, in which case we'd simply take our arguments to the RMB.
Congress can override a decision made by me (actually, it probably isn't clear on that, but whatever), and have I told you what to do yet? no, I have not.

Well you can't really do a "dirty" campaign, my VP and I didn't really do much of anything. Well I did a court case but nothing controversial, I voted on some bills no controversial ones yet except the repeal the economy one which I voted against, admittedly after Tayonia vetoed it but I did prevent it from overriding the veto. Well
I suppose there is the "free speech" amendment I proposed but it does nothing controversial, well for a while Natan thought it would be repealing our hate speech laws but I showed him it didn't so the controversy died.
Well look at the bright side, I can't really mudsling against you:) Maybe the fact you're new but that really isn't mudsling worthy, so I got nothing plus I'm not into the whole dirty campaigns, I see them as only hurting the candidates.
