Yeah. I wrote a Universal Security Charter that sums up the restrictions, requirements, and military rights of member nations.

I think that the USC looks like a solid document. It clearly shows how our region is very militaristic in its thinking, and is on the cutting edge of military policy and technology, which is great.
Could you clarify on Article A, #5, as to who or what would be on trial, and also define what Operation: Hell Expanse is?

Article A5 defines a situation similar to BravenessofWarrior. It means that any traitor or rebel defeated can be tried permanently or temporarily be ejected from the region. It means that the traitor or rebel can be tried in front of Joint Regional Council, or JRC, either privately or publicly. Meaning either on the forum or via telegram.
